I met with Genavieve in person to ensure that measurements were taken correctly and that there would be no misunderstandings in my expectations. Unfortunately, after multiple delays which she claimed was related to shipping delays from her manufacturer what I received at the fitting was far from what was promised -- the dress looked cheap-(dollar store rhinestones glued on a fluffy mess of uneven tulle), rushed, and bore little resemblance to what we had discussed. It was not wearable and so bad that she acknowledged it was not what I had ordered and I was assured it was a mistake and that it would be corrected in time. However, after multiple delays and broken promises, I was told -- just four days before the event -- that the dress could not be delivered at all. This left me completely without an outfit for the wedding. What's most frustrating is not just the poor quality, but the lack of accountability and professionalism. When I told her I would be traveling an hour with two little kids to come to her store and asked her if the dress was ready for the fitting she delayed multiple times then had the nerve to tell me yes when she knew it was not salvageable. She even told me it was beautiful but wouldn't send a picture when I requested multiple times. If I had been told earlier that the dress wouldn't be ready, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was strung along and left scrambling at the last minute. I would not recommend this service or doing business with any of her brands to anyone looking for reliability, quality, or basic professionalism. Proceed with caution.

Aaah, growing up here in BeAuTiFuL Miami, the once glorious Falls shopping Center in the Kendall…read morearea of Miami Florida, was originally built as a posh location for shopping and dining from lo 35, maybe 40 years ago. It was until recently the stuff of nostalgia, but now recently renovated back to its original glory! The lovely waterfalls flow again, the restaurants are a mix of local top notch and trendy establishments, the clothiers are aplenty, the gaming establishment is super fun and all inclusive, cool coffee shop Mr Bean, high end beauty salons, plenty of fun treat/ice cream shops, a good true classic department store Macys, fun sports bar, kids rides and play area, luxury gym...and even the movie theater is tops as a luxury cinema again. Parking is plentiful and the garage is FREE! Wifi is available around. What more could you ask for? Now I want to go hang out there again. The Falls is baaaack, baby! Def, Check it out on a free day. It wasn't just about walking around--we were actually engaging with different spots, completing challenges, and discovering places in a whole new way. One of the highlights was getting to sample bites from a variety of restaurants along the way. Bulla Gastrobar definitely stood out with its flavorful Spanish-inspired offerings, and it was a treat getting to try something from their menu in the middle of all the action. We also stopped by GameTime, where the arcade energy added a playful break to the night--games, lights, and a great atmosphere made it hard to leave!
