Customer service is alive and well here! Not only is this airport stop a girls shopping fantasy, but awesome customer service is here to boot! They sell luggage which is what initially drew me in...People must really be getting out now to travel because I could find no decent carry-on's at local discount stores. Loved this store forever but recently had a horrible experience at the store in Excalibur. The only person working in there was nasty from the get-go, and it only got worse from there. I received a birthday gift of a dress that was bought their tag still on, but it was too big. She said that they will not exchange it or give store credit unless we have the receipt. OK I get your policies however bad they may be. Her attitude was disgusting, and she became very hostile. When I questioned her why she was so nasty she said that she had 103° temperature. She was sick and no one else was there to work. Sorry about your bad luck, but that's not my fault lady. Not only is she being nasty at the store. she's also being a health risk and running the risk of infecting others to be ill. She said her name is Suzanne and she's at the Excalibur store. Hope you never have to deal with this nasty lady. I will never step foot into this store again!! read more

It's 30 days of me and my birthday month so what do I want to get from Vegas to celebrate? A new handbag! I spotted a Cole Haan at Marshall Rousso amongst all the trendy club wear, jewelry, and belts and zeroed in on my selection. I even left the store and came back to buy it. That's just how powerful my desire for the handbag is. I'm telling you - it's dangerous to be in Vegas but it's my birthday soon so I had to get something. Right?! Yep. The sales staff was helpful and turns out my bag was 50% off as was everything else in the store but I just wanted my Cole Haan bag and nothing else. They bagged it up well to prevent any rain damage. That was awesome because I was worried about that. read more

I came to Marshall-Rousoo with my wife to treat her to some shopping. This review is based on her feedback to me and from my observations since this is a women's clothing store! LOL The clothes here are very trendy, sexy and even elegant in some cases. From the other times I have been shopping with my wife to women's clothing stores I have not seen this type of unique selection of styles. My wife would agree that this place rocks! Sure the bill hurt my wallet at the end, but the smile on the wife's face is priceless. If you are planning on doing some shopping here be prepared to spend a pretty penny... I love this store! Saw some cute things in the window and upon walking in was greeted by a lovely sales girls who adored my Elaine Turner shoes from Houston, so I knew immediately she had great taste. Zipped right to some hip shirts and slacks outfits and she started my dressing room. She guessed my size right away and of course threw in a couple of her favs for me to try as well. On the way there she directed me to a rack of new arrivals, not even unwrapped and let me get first pick there. She was super helpful about bringing things in and out as I heard things ran small here but really they run perfect! Everything I tried on looked great. I tried my best to avoid the shoe area but alast, got sucked in by some super cool gold sandals. So four slacks, four blouses, a pair of shoes was around $750. Not cheap, but man they looked good. Everybody complimented me on my outfits all weekend and that's what expensive clothes should do. I did have to end up checking my bag and carrying on my shopping bag due to this but that was a small price to pay for my new Vegas wardrobe! read more

They have such interesting pieces, whether you're looking for jewelry, clothing or accessories, this is the place! It's also for every age group as I'm in my 50s yet young women in their 20s were shopping that day too. Reasonably priced and very helpful staff! I wish we had one here or they had an online shop, but sadly they don't. Nicole is always so pleasant as was sales person # 018998 (never got her name)!! AND if you ride motorcycles, they have cool biker clothes as well. They run sales all the time and have the cutest stuff! COME and bring that empty charge card...wink! read more

Lots of sparklie dresses, shiny dresses, shorty-short dresses, & cut-down-to-there dresses, like all the hipsters wear. This season, there were tons of those "Mushroom" dresses - you know, the dress that is all flowy except for a tight band right after your butt so it's super short & bags out, & you end up looking like a mushroom ALL the girly-girls were wearing these dresses!! When I first visited this store while on a family vacation, I fell in love with the handbags, shoes and sunglasses. This became my favorite store every single time I visit LV whether it is in MGM, Venetian, Cesar's Palace and lately, the Venetian. All the sparkly clothes drew me into this gem of a shop at the Las Vegas airport. I was greeted by a very sweet French woman who help me pick out clothes and even brought clothes to my dressing room for me to try on. I tried on clothes that I would have otherwise passed on if shopping by myself but was so glad she insisted I try them on because wowowowowow did I look amazing in her selections! I wish I would have found this place with more time to spare as I had to hurry to catch my flight. I cant wait to come back again! This time will be making room in my suitcase for all the great new clothes I will be buying. It was a little pricey BUT I feel so fabulous wearing them and get compliments non-stop. This is what good clothes are supposed to do! make you feel like a million bucks!
