I have been taking atvs here for about 4 years now. The service department is great. they do a great job and it is usually a very speedy turnaround time. They always seem to tell you if there are additional problems and what to do about them. There are not alot of accessories in the store. They have some for both atvs and motorcycles but not alot. Finally, sales is a bit questionable. My husband tried to purchase an atv here and they said they didn't have it. They made no suggestion to get one or order one. Very strange. I also tried to order him tires and received no return phone call for price. I love to support the family owned businesses in Pgh and will continue to use them for service and my atv needs.

My mother-in-law is a master Gardener and my wife is an ecologist who knows what she is talking about. But during my visit they had to get sign-off by two different people - one who confirmed what we already knew, one who apparently said "we didn't give it a fighting chance." Mind you, I'm hearing this all secondhand from an employee who was saying this to a cashier (and making sure I could hear her). It was a $45 plant, and the warranty was up in a week... And everything else we planted last year from them survived. They just need to do a little bit better here.

Greg, such a friendly person and knowledgeable about what needed done, a new engine installed! They fixed it in less than 2 weeks, with a very reasonable cost, they could of really took us to the cleaners seeing no one else wanted to work on it. The bill was $325.00. we called to ask why it was so high, they stated that it was more difficult than expected. NOT sure how difficulty has any to do with $95 an hour price quoted. also the dispatcher hung up on us after stating he had other calls to get without resolving the fee charge. I rented two six foot tables for food and drinks, four round tables that seated six and 25 folding chairs. The baby shower location was out of their delivery zone, but they rented Uhauls. I picked up the rental and Uhaul Friday morning. They loaded the table and chairs, which I appreciated! Everything was in working order. The tables had wooden tops, which we covered with tablecloths. I returned everything Saturday after the baby shower as I was heading home the next day. They had a drop box for the Uhaul keys. It was a simple process. The tables and chairs cost roughly $140 to rent and the Uhaul cost roughly $100. The Uhaul was $19.99 per day and .99 per mile. I would rent from this business again. The manager was friendly and the equipment met our needs.
