They are good communicators, and were able to understand what I wanted and make recommendations (I had them redo our bathroom - remove an old narrow shower stall, replace flooring, remove an old broken whirlpool tub, put in a larger walk-in shower, new vanity). They were upfront about cost and time and were very sensitive to my needs, especially cost-wise. Frankly, they are both just super nice people with a lot of construction experience. They did an amazing job turning my bathroom into a functional space with more shelves for storage, painting it, installing everything including the new flooring. I recommend R n E Renovators without reservation for anyone looking for a couple of stand-up guys doing excellent work!

The work is meticulous, and the house looks amazing in time for Christmas. I couldn't have asked for a better couple to work with. Chris and Kim are just wonderful. Very nice, very professional and very efficient. I can't stress enough just how precise and meticulous the work was. As an added bonus, Kim helped me pick colors and make design choices that really made my home look the way I wanted. They have a really good eye. They patched several holes and dings in the walls and fixed some chewed up trim from dog damage. Now I want to get the upstairs painted! In terms of communication, they were excellent. Very prompt reply (we're talking a matter of hours after I first reached out to them). Any decisions made during the project were quick. They were always reachable by phone. There were several annoying little problems that they also addressed in the course of the job (broken light switch, busted knob). They fixed everything they encountered which was a real relief to me. I can't say enough. Extremely happy with the quality of work as well as the speed! Will definitely hire them again!

LaValley's told me that Artisan was the sub-contractor they used, and LaValley's would contact Artisan on my behalf. This was in the early afternoon. I expected maybe I'd get a call within a week or so about it. By mid-afternoon the same day, I got a call from Clay at Artisan. I was amazed I got such a prompt response. Then he amazed me further by asking if he could stop by in half an hour or so. So he showed up in about half an hour. I expected it to be a sales call and that they would schedule whatever service and parts my doors needed. Nope; Clay fixed the doors on the spot. Another half an hour or so later, my garage doors, one in particular, were working better than they have in many years. Clay was also very personable, friendly, and helpful.
