The speakers worked great, they had Bluetooth and there were no issues with that. The driver also dropped us off to go to the restroom and then we had another stop to make, so he was very accommodating and patient with us. My only complaint would be that the bus didn't have a curtain of some sort on the bus from the front, so when we got on the bus at around 5pm it was still super bright out... it would've been nice to be able to see the lights from the inside of the bus... but it's okay! Still a great time, but just be aware if you plan to book it during the day, it will be bright inside.

Using a private car service meant I didn't have to worry about being picked up at both my home and the airport. Route 66 Shuttle Company arrived on time and the vehicle was very comfortable. The owner was an excellent driver and was helpful with our bags. And picking us up from the airport was a breeze, he found us quickly and was there only minutes after I walked out with my bags. I will never use Uber or another shuttle company again. I also want to mention booking a reservation was easy!

He and his partner refused to remove our mother from their vehicle claiming they cloud not lift her up two stairs into our home! What's preposterous about the whole thing is we have never had an issue with our mother getting into our home or out of our home via gurney assistance. Never!! They literally held our mother inside their vessel for over an hour until my sister called the fire dept to help us get our mother out of their ambulance! We looked into alternative transportation, but as expected, everything seemed so expensive--until we found Ana's Affordable Ride Service! There were five of us, and Ana comfortably accommodated everyone. She even made two pickup stops at no additional charge, picking up three of us at one home and the other two at another location. That was such a wonderful convenience! From the moment Ana arrived, she was cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable. Her driving skills were fabulous--we never once had to think about the traffic or getting there. We simply relaxed, enjoyed great conversation, and let Ana do the driving. After the concert, we texted Ana, and she was there within minutes--actually, she arrived before we even made it back to the car! Talk about wonderful service! Our entire concert experience was so much better because we didn't have to worry about driving, traffic, parking, or getting home safely. We could simply enjoy the evening from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Ana's Affordable Ride Service and will definitely use her again! If you're looking for reliable, comfortable, friendly, and affordable transportation, give Ana a call. We parked at the Azusa downtown station and I had to buy a tap card (I have one already but haven't used it in years) at the station. There's also a TAP app but I didn't want to risk my phone dying and then I couldn't turn it on to use the app to get on the train. Good thing I got the card because my phone did die and I didn't bring a battery pack with me because the Rose Bowl had strict rules on the size of the bag you could bring in. Once we exited at the right station, we passed two lights and were able to easily catch the shuttle to the Rose Bowl for the concert. I've been to the Rose Bowl numerous times and I'm never parking there, I'd rather take the Gold Line to save on the stress and hassle. Only downside is you may have to leave your event a little early to beat the crowd out but it's worth it.
