We were very impressed with the attitude of this school. We were just there to see the Joan of Arc chapel, but there is something special about this campus. Inspiring statements everywhere. Clearly they set a tone to graduate people who will make a positive difference in the world. Beautifully landscaped, easy to walk around just looking at the historical buildings.

My alma mater! GORGEOUS camps! I adored my four years as an undergraduate student at Marquette. I found many wonderful staff mentors through various clubs, organizations, and campus jobs I was involved in. The professors were there when I needed them to be. I truly can't imagine my four years anywhere else and Milwaukee will always be home. I'd highly recommend MU with all of my heart to any perspective student. You'll find our alumni network continues to care for and support the community. We are Marquette, we are Milwaukee. Go Golden Eagles!

It takes a bit of time to get…read morein, there's a week long window in which you can sign up for the wait list (sounds silly, but they're in high demand), but once you're on it, they'll give you a ring in a few months for a screening appointment. If they don't give you the boot for some reason, a couple months later you'll begin treatment for whatever the fuck all that mountain dew did to your chompers. You'll be assigned a student dentist (they're competent, final-semester, practically pros already) who works with you in all aspects of your treatment. That means he/she calls you for appointments, does your procedures, everything. My guy (Mitch) was great. Saved me a ton of money. Almost got scammed by a dental office in the building where I work. They wanted to yank my wisdom teeth, told me I needed 7 fillings, tried to sell me on whitening. Woulda cost thousands. Marquette doesn't fuck around, they aren't trying to make a profit. The old man dental professor who checked on Mitch's work told me that there was no reason in hell to take my wisdom teeth (never had trouble from them, I'm 32) and I got out with 3 fillings and a cleaning. One cavity was small enough to wait and see, and the remaining 3 that the "professional" dentist said I had just didn't exist. All told, I paid less than $300 for everything. If you don't mind a little extra time in the office (they work slow) this is the place to go for dental work. FIX DEM TEEF!!! YOU NASTY!!!

FRAUD ALERT This…read moreplace is in outstanding breach of contract so I disputed the charges for my x-rays. The contract you sign when you go in states that you will be told the same day whether or not you will be accepted. Instead, I was told that I would be called in 24 hours (breach of contract) and the call never came (also breach of contract). Don't even waste your time. You're better plucking your own teeth out with a pliers because if you're a straight white male you get nothing.

This was not the easiest feat that I have endeavored, but taking this one step and applying myself, with my strong support system cheering and praying with me, and with some amazingly dedicated professors on my side, I am able to invest more time, energy, and money into my family's future as an MSN, RN! Thank you, Herzing! You are the vehicle that God had me use to help me help others in my lifelong ministry of serving others in any way that is set before me! So, if anyone is curious about how to successfully complete nursing at Herzing, I suggest you lighten your load and prepare to squeeze out long nights, long weekends, and push yourself and go get what you want! Ask hard questions, join a Herzing community of learners, get tutored, go to class, start assignments early, and make the most of your experience as a Herzing student! Best wishes and success to us all!!!

One class had outdated information from 1.5 years before I took the class. Cannot rate program or school as a whole, only the specific teacher/class at the time you are taking it, which doesn't make me comfortable being honest at that time.

The financial aid department at this school is by far the worst of any school I've attended…read more They're always losing your paperwork, can never properly submit any paperwork timely or correctly, takes forever to respond back to you, but if you owe them any bit of money, they're on you like a debt collector. Funny how my financial aid officer hasn't responded to me in a week, but when I owed $200, she was calling me 10-12 times a day. They're not financial aid officers; they're debt collectors. The school curriculum is a joke. They say that the school is geared towards he working class but there's no way a person working a full time job can keep up with 2 classes a semester. I average over 40 hours a week in coursework for 2 classes. Any time I talk about this issue, I'm constantly given excuses by the school and that I basically need to suck it up. For 40 hours a week, I can go to a UW school or MATC full-time, have less school work and pay significantly less than what Kaplan is charging. Bottom line is this....Kaplan is a for profit school and all they care about is your money. They don't care if you fail a class because you'll just have to pay to take it again. They could care less about your life because as long as they are getting paid, that's all that matters. Do yourself a favor and hit up MATC or UWM. They offer online classes, they're reputable and you won't be paying a fortune.

Guards at the entrance were nice and helpful. They pointed us downstairs to the galleries. Which were empty: we didn't see anyone else our whole visit. Took us about 40 minutes. Definitely a place to visit, with or without kids. Check on their site to see when they have exhibitions and what they are showing.
