He saved the day! Not only did he give us a great rate but he came the very next day early morning, packed up the truck and got on the road. I can't say enough how grateful we are to him as he really saved us. He did a great job moving things and he protected all our furniture well. He immediately issued a refund for the deposit and was very helpful and friendly. If you are planning on using this business, try to call the local office to get the best customer service. Booked labor to help with a charity event, but the committee decided to go another route. I cancelled my request (5 months before the event) and expected to get my Deposit refunded. I waited 2 weeks - no refund. Called and left a message - no refund. Called a week later and was told a request for the return of the deposit needed to be filed, no where in my confirmation of booking or cancelling did it say a separate request had to be submitted. So I submitted my request, 8 days later, still no return. They took my deposit instantly, and now I am receiving the run around trying to get it back. No idea if they are good at moving, but their customer service needs some attention.

They will claim you didn properly inform them of your belongings and have four other guys show up at 125 an hour and then take THREE DAYS to finish moving you into a one bedroom apartment.
