Drove it back Monday night and then unloaded on Tuesday. It was really hot on Monday. They kept smiling the whole time. So far everything is in tact! Many thanks to a great group of guys. Jeremy and the guys helped me unload my moving trucks in Iron Mountain. They were prompt with an…read moreestimate on the front end. When moving day approached they had to deal with some back and forth with the closing time and rolled with the punches well. They were super fast and good with my kids when unloading. And even took the truck back and filled it for me. Would totally use them again.

He immediately issued a refund for the deposit and was very helpful and friendly. If you are planning on using this business, try to call the local office to get the best customer service. Booked labor to help with a charity event, but the committee decided to go another route. I cancelled my request (5 months before the event) and expected to get my Deposit refunded. I waited 2 weeks - no refund. Called and left a message - no refund. Called a week later and was told a request for the return of the deposit needed to be filed, no where in my confirmation of booking or cancelling did it say a separate request had to be submitted. So I submitted my request, 8 days later, still no return. They took my deposit instantly, and now I am receiving the run around trying to get it back. No idea if they are good at moving, but their customer service needs some attention.

They will claim you didn properly inform them of your belongings and have four other guys show up at 125 an hour and then take THREE DAYS to finish moving you into a one bedroom apartment. If you complain about how they are overcharging amd scamming, they will intimidate you. Absolute creeps.​
