All the staff are friendly and genuinely care about their patients. I enjoyed my early morning visits because there were fewer people around, so it made it easier to move around the working area. I always brought some water with me because some of the exercises felt like a full workout. I recommend booking your visits in advance as appointments can fill up quickly. For my groin pain, she came up with a stretch to give me immediate relief in a few days. It took a couple of months for my hip to heal, but she genuinely went above and beyond at every appointment. Background: Came in with sharp knee pain when jumping or…read morerunning. I've had this pain for 5+ years. I've done continuous stretching and exercises I've learned online in order to try to stay active. Start of DynamX PT: Abigail did my evaluation and noticed I had weak posterior chain. Her and Dustin came up with a workout routine that I did both at physical therapy and at home. In my 3-month span I was able to go from barely able to jog with pain to one legged explosive jumping. It did take lots of work but with Dustin's dynamic workouts I was able to improve gradually over time. Thanks: Huge shout out to Fain for staying on top of my insurance company.
