I met Michael over at our venue who was equally as great to work with, he was very friendly and gave me his opinions on what he think would look best where and how we should setup. The day of the party came and the caterer arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They cooked everything in house and the food was amazing. Not just the quality, but the quantity! Literally just kept bringing stuff out and everything tasted so amazing! Then we broke it to him...we LOVED the food but we wanted a quirky little spin. Non-traditional wedding food...stations even. Just something besides the steak, fish, or chicken and then his eyes lit up! He seemed so jazzed! So we gave him what we were thinking and he had freedom to do it. Annnnnddddd queue Covid! We still ended up getting hitched on May 2020...in our driveway but we didn't pull any deposits from our vendors because we knew, like everyone else, they were struggling. So we replanned for May 2021. The missus ran the show so I can't say I know what was discussed. What I can say is that we've not stopped getting compliments on the food since the ceremony a week ago! Everyone thought it was the best tasting, best looking, and most fun time eating at a wedding in ages!
