Dr. Gould was checking in patience and answering the phone. He had an employee out and was helping out. That was my first clue that ok this guy is willing to do the work. I did my paper work and he called me back BEFORE taking my co-pay. Which tells me that he was more interested in helping people than worrying about getting his 20 dollars. Third, he walked me back and checked my weight and blood pressure. I have not had a real Dr. ever do that, usually it is a nurse assistant. He got me in the room and was very helpful to answer all of my questions. I have found my new family doctor. No more waiting at the Walgreens clinic or at Cy-Fair medical partners have to deal with the little prissy front office girls.

I've had doctors make light of some issues I have, and yeah while they think they're being funny they're just being jerks. Dr. Gould is not that guy. It was easy to make an appointment and his staff was very pleasant both on the phone and in person. I was running a fever and didn't really notice (I had a nasty bronchial infection), the nurse that took the initial exam was nice and laughed with me a bit about having a fever (which is cool I have a sense of humor just not about stuff I'm self conscious about). Dr. Gould was awesome!!!!!!!! I honestly haven't felt this comfortable with a doctor in years. I'm not sure what all of his specialties are but if my husband or I get sick this is where we're going for sure!

He has a busy practice but is decidedly unhurried and has the gift of asking great questions and listening well. Thorough exam and great experience working with Dr Little and his staff. I cannot recommend him any more. I work in healthcare and feel like I found exactly the right Doctor to partner with me in my health. So nice to see a doctor who smiles and has genuine interest in my questions and history. They also have a terrific patient portal that will make refill and other requests easier.

I found out later that this type of procedure is supposed to be done inside a hospital! He couldn't even give me anesthesia because of his inability to be on staff at any of the hospitals! He brought in an Anesthetist's nurse to administer medicine to me, but I've also heard since that that was something that she was not supposed to do and that he allowed. I don't know WHAT he was able to do for these people who are claiming that God led them to Dr. Little, but I can tell you from my experience, this guy is from hell.

He does not have separate staff like I somehow expected. The entire clinic shares the same people. Today I had to come to a horrendously difficult decision. I'm backing away from seeing Dr. Daniels again until he moves some place else, or this place gets it's act together, if ever. I actually caught them ignoring my calls, they don't return messages, or deliver your messages to your doctor. If you call them out about their behavior you will lame story about being short handed, etc.. "right now'. Don't buy it. After checking reviews on Google I found complaints going back for a number of years talking about the exact same issues I'm seeing. After he had the x-ray, a mass was discovered in his right lung. Needless to say, he had a total pneumectomy and chemo to follow. My dad went back to Daniels this year for reasons I do not understand with a persistent cough again. This time he told him it was allergies/post nasal drip. Actually, he had stage 4 esophageal cancer and died in less than two months. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I think my dad only went to him because he would prescribe him Xanax.

We've waited two days to get return phone calls. They seem to be punch clock conscious, you can rarely get a nurse or appointment setter on the phone, and are often fobbed off onto someone else who then cannot help you. if you can find a good oncologist or hematologist somewhere else with efficient and kind staff, I highly recommend you do so. They have scheduled visits that were unnecessary even after a meeting that was supposed to resolve this.

Not only is he a great doctor, but he takes time with his patients, explains things well and provides a solid recommendations. I solicited his opinions several times for other family members as well. Having grown up outside of the United States, where becoming MD is not a ticket to the millionaire club I noticed that these days more and more MD's career choices are motivated by income and far less by desire to help. Dr. Debroeck is a true doctor! Honest, knowledgeable, always with a smile and a great sense of humor even in harsh situations. He puts his patients first! Frankly after ten years I cannot say enough praise about the man and his staff. Some years ago a friend of mine who recently immigrated to the US and did not have PCP got sick. After talking to several doctors, this person asked me to help, I recommended Dr. Debroeck and went along to translate. Dr. Debroeck suspected hypothyroidism and ordered the blood work. He was 100% correct in his diagnosis. While I can go on and on with great examples, I can conclude that the world would be a better place if each one of us was more like Dr.Debroeck.

I will drive the 35 minutes to go to his office. While he has never been wrong, he also doesn't take chances with your health and if it is a serious issue, he doesn't guess. He sends you for testing. He has had a referral every time I have needed one. As for the prior review about not having a lab. Really?! There are 9 labs in a 3 block radius used by 90% of the providers in that area. If you must have a lab in your providers office, go to Kelsey Seybold...or somewhere in the medical center.....but good luck with the Dr. knowing your name...ever.

If you are looking for a super advanced medical facility go to one of the large "Walmart" style clinics! If you are looking for a real dr. who recognizes his patients and is straight up and honest - then visit Dr. Fontenot. He has a staff of 2 - himself and his office manager how is great! I visit once a month for a prescription and refill and can usually get in that day! I have never had a problem with billing or insurance whatsoever. Note to self - they only except cash or check though so don't show with just a credit/debit card. I have been very pleased with the care I have received and have referred 3 family members!
