We have a sizable spa (7'8"x7'8") and fence door is not wide enough to let spa through. Edwardo and his employee cut the spa into pieces and removed everything cleanly. Very professional job and reasonable price. 5-star, highly recommended. read more

Marcos is so nice! Super punctual and very pleasant. Great price for what I needed hauled out. read more

Eduardo came. He saw. He conquered (hauled away) the junk. I was moving out and called Eduardo to help with hauling away some furniture items I no longer needed and didn't want to move to my new apartment. He arrived on time and got rid of all of the junk quickly, but he also went the extra mile and collected random trash that I was going to throw away myself. Reasonable price, friendly demeanor, quick and efficient service. Highly recommend. read more

Marcos and his team were awesome! They were prompt, went above and beyond (removed the doors from the refrigerator to get it out of the home - not part of original discussion), and made sure they were in and out in under 30 mins. Very easy to do business with Markus Hauling. Will definitely use their services again in the further. read more

I used Markus this week to haul away some water-damaged items from my basement. They immediately provided a quote, worked around my schedule, arrived on time and were super kind and efficient. Reasonable prices too, particularly given the great customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again read more

Eduardo showed up on time, on a Sunday, with just a couple of days notice - First he helped us move a piano and organ into a U -Haul ( the guy can lift) then he loaded our mounds of stuff (50 years worth ) into his truck. Took him 4 loads, but he didn't charge us for the "metal load". Much less expensive than a dumpster, and infinitely more convenient. Good guy, good business. read more

Markus Hauling - Yes, those are Rock-em-Sock-em robots - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

I called Eduardo and his team to help me haul away an assortment of heavy furniture as I moved out of my apartment. Eduardo happily volunteered to come by for a free estimate. I ultimately decided to try to sell/donate as much of it as I could. About a week later, I called him again to pick up what was left and they were once again quick to arrange a meeting time. About half and hour before this arranged time, I gave him a call just to confirm and it turned out they were too busy and needed to reschedule. A slight hiccup in the professionalism, but not a big deal or inconvenience to me. When I pulled up to my apartment later that night at the agreed upon new time, one of his men was already outside organizing the truck, ahead of schedule. I was absolutely amazed that a single individual could handle my clunky furniture! I was extra grateful that he helped me move a bookcase down the stairs, which was not part of the original deal. The Borges Hauling team is very easy to reach and efficient! read more

fast response, great rates! Friendly and reliable.

Great service all around. Fast and efficient scheduling over Yelp, quick quote after I sent photos, guys showed up on time, picked everything up and cleaned up afterwards - couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again if I ever need to - highly recommended. read more

Great team to work with. Easy communication and prompt response. They showed up on time, and where fast and efficient. Very professional and took care of all the junk in no time. I would highly recommend them for any hauling job, I saved their number for the future, I know I'll be using Markus's services again! read more

Eduardo and his co-worker (sorry, I forgot your name!) came quickly to provide a live, in person quote. His quote was exceptionally reasonable, he quickly disposed of a pile of pine logs left by PG&E and, as SWMBO ("She Who Must Be Obeyed") came home as they were finishing up, she requested disposal of an outdoor rocking chair well past its "best used by" date... handled without issue. He and compatriot played with our dog during the hauling process. We could not have asked for a better experience or outcome. On another note, he knows his recycling and disposal fee data like the back of his hand. read more

Five stars for sure ! It is not often that you meet a small business owner that is honest and true to his word. Marcus is genuinely happy, very friendly, hard-working, and honest. He's enthusiastic, and willing to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you Marcus. You are a joy to work with. read more

They were quick to respond to a quote request as well as respond to further communications. I just want to say Eduardo and his crew did a WONDERFUL job. He came to my house two days before and gave me a quote which was much less than the other hauling companies, he was on time and cleaned up the area. We had a complete truck full of Ivy and Star Jasmine. I can't say enough about how happy we were!! Thanks again Eduardo! read more

Fast service, honest and caring, fair prices. I called and they came quickly to do the estimate and same day they removed the items from my patio. This is my 4th time doing business with them and I highly recommend. read more

Originally, I found these guys to help my friend move few month ago. The price was much more cheaper then in any other company, even though it was just the day before moving. Everything was wonderful, without any issues, completely happy. Last week I was trying to reach them for 3 days for my moving. Finally they called me back (twice, 2 different managers) and made a booking for next week, 2 workers for 10 am. Both of managers were so nice, promised to send confirmation email, call back in the day before and in the moving day at 9.30 AM. No email, no confirmation the day before. Moving day 7.38 AM Unknown number calling. 7.39 AM Their manager called and said that our movers are on their way and will come in 20 minutes. To my completely disappointing he replied that unfortunately they have other customers later so they moved our booking 2 hours earlier (without any letting me now) 8.15 AM Movers came. 3 guys instead of 2 originally booked. Driver - Leo, was nice, speaks English good. Other two guys don't speak English at all, but they were nice too. For some reason they start packing from all small items (which we can move by ourselves if there is not enough time) and keep big mattresses and coach to the very end. Fortunately, 3 hours were enough for all out stuff and we didn't need to pay more for extra hours. Other surprise - they told us that wrapping is for additional price - $10/item (originally all wrappings were included in price). Then, after 3 hours of work, Leo said that 3 of them (instead of 2) worked, so we need to pay more, because rate for 3 workers is $169 hourly. He called manager and negotiated this rate to $119 hourly (price for 2 workers is $99). So, we supposed to pay $99 (2 workers) * 3 hours= $297, But paid $119 (negotiated 3 workers rate) *3 hours + $30 (for wrapping coach and 2 mattresses) = $387 which is $90 (!!!) more than original price was even without a tips, which these guys got as well too. And that's all after long trying to reach them, no any type of confirmation, coming 2 hours earlier... I'm very upset that I recommended them to my friends and they thank me with such a bad service. Never will call them again. read more

I can highly recommend Borges Hauling. Eduardo and Felipe came out to remove an old jacuzzi, playhouse, and trampoline. They were super friendly, meticulous, and professional. read more

I needed same-day hauling service last minute to get rid of some junk items. I called a couple other guys first, but my call went to voicemail. I called Marcos and he answered my call. He asked me to send a picture of my junk items, which I did, and he got back to me with a price quote right away! Price is extremely fair and reasonable, and his responsiveness was so fast! He came within a couple hours, as scheduled. He was on time and hauled away everything so efficiently and quickly. He was also super friendly and professional. No complaints here. I definitely recommend Marcos for all your hauling needs! read more

Beware!! Beware!! Beware!! Is it Eduardo Borges or Eduardo Ferriera. This guy is a complete fraud. Ok we hired Borges hauling after so many 5 star reviews to clean up our thrash when we moved out. First Eduardo charged me more than he quoted initially. I simply paid out of sympathy and partly due to fact that finally i was able to get rid of all that thrash. it was a big relief. But then he duped us into selling his house cleaning service. I fell for it and agreed to pay the amount quoted. Next day showed up 1 hr late and and then called me within 3 hrs ( estimated 5 hrs during the quote) while i was at work and said the house is cleaned. I was completely dumb founded when I checked the house after coming back from work. All this guy had done was sweep debris off the floors from his previous day hauling. That is all !! Oh my god! I still can't believe that. He wasted my entire precious day. I declined to pay but this guy wasn't ready to accept the fact that the house wasn't cleaned, so we had to finally call the cops to get him off our property. Even the officer was surprised to see what this guy claimed to have cleaned. Everyone, please do not fall for his sweet words. He doesn't do what he promises. I still don't understand how he has so many 5 stars. I am starting to feel something is fishy about all this yelp reviews for this business. next step I am going to file a complaint with BBB and report fraudulent business practices. read more

Amazing service. Super responsive and polite came and picked up the trash within a two hour window. I will definitely use again!

This is a late posting. I called Borges Hauling for the first time and Eduardo was courteous and professional. He was able to help me the following morning to move a very heavy box to the 2nd floor. He was in very close touch the following the morning of the move as he was worried he may be late, but he arrived on time. Will definitely use his services again! read more

If I could give more stars, I would. I had another trash hauler quote me $650 ( A-1 Hauling ) which is a fair price since it was about a dumpster load and the dumpster would have cost $685 and I would have had to load it my self. Edwardo came two hours after I called him on a Sunday and quoted me $300 dollars. I hired him on the spot and continued to add to my junk pile. When he came the next day and said the pile grew since I came yesterday, I agreed and said I will give you $100 more. He high fived me and gladly took all the trash , cleaned up very well and left me a very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend him for his professionalism, promptness and he is just a good guy trying to make a living. The world would be a much better place if we had people like Edwardo to do business with. read more

We had a small residential junk pickup task. Markus provided the lowest estimate among all the junk pickup services we contacted. The crew arrived on time, picked up everything and left the place clean. Responsive, on time, efficient, clean and respectful. Definitely recommend. read more

I called another hauling service first that advertised a quote over the phone. That guy was condescending toward me so I decided that he should not receive my business. So then I called Borges Hauling. I described what I needed taken away over the phone and asked if he could come at 8 as I have work. He quoted me an agreeable price and I texted (!) him all the info. I love the texting thing. Well, he showed up with the crew and took away all the stuff that was hanging out on my balcony - even more than what I asked! It took them no more than 30 minutes to do the work so I could get to work on time. Eduardo and company give great service. Totally go with him if you can. Texting and cash is the way to go. read more
