His name is Marcos and he is the friendliest dude out there when it comes to junk removal services. I'm going to repeat the same things other people have said... Let me just say how thankful I am for his flexibility and unbeatable prices. He arrived in a timely manner after we talked on the same day, then charged me $220... WHICH IS A GREAT PRICE COMPARED TO THE OTHER COMPANIES CHARGING YOU UP THE A**! He also takes electronic payment if you don't have cash which is super convenient especially if you're irresponsible like me. He answered all my phone calls (with the help of his wife) as well as assisting me with multiple questions that involved quotes on certain items I had in my apartment. Give this man an award and also some water when he's helping you out cause it's the least you could do while he's working hard! Seriously, I can't thank him enough. He has his own dolly, trash cans, you name it. I was addressed as "Miss" a lot which made me feel appreciated! That's just me, but my goodness... This is the most reasonably priced vendor after quoting from 3-4 five star rated ones. Markus is very responsive on texting and respectful. He also understands completely when we changed our mind and cancelled the appointment. Some of the vendors I talked with will ignore me, or behave rudely when I cancelled the appointment, or trying to negotiate the price. The communication with Markus is smooth, easy and pleasantly. His team is also professional and being considerate when removing junks. I let them help with paver and concrete removal while I have a heavy pile of tree branches on top of some pavers.
