Marcos did a fantastic job hauling away 17 wooden pallets from our furniture deliveries. He came on a Sunday night and got everything cleared out quickly and efficiently. His price was reasonable, and he stuck to the quoted amount--no surprise charges, no last-minute price increases, and no drama. Just straightforward, reliable service. I highly recommend Marcos to anyone who needs junk hauled away! read more

I highly recommend Markus without any reservations. He has helped me so many times over the past 10 years. He is reliable, dependable, trustworthy, respectful, kind, and generous, and his prices are very reasonable. He is definitely a gem... such a delight to work with, and he always has the best attitude. He's also very neat and tidy. Recently, I had to move to a new home on very little notice, and clearing out so much in such a short time was incredibly stressful. Markus hauled away everything I no longer needed and even helped deliver items to donation centers, making the whole process so much easier. Thanks to him, I was able to move out of my rental on time. If you're looking for someone who hauls junk and other items, and is truly easy and supportive to work with, Markus is the person to call. He is amazing!! read more

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Couch disposal was incredibly quick, efficient and professional. Are there other junk companies? Yes... is their pricing model accurate? No, they are not. Markus was quick to respond with quote, availability and his pricing was both fair and transparent. I will be referring them to everyone I know. read more

Marcus was very nice and professional . He took my last minute late pick up request on a Saturday . He was on time and very professional , great value as well ! We will definitely use Marcus Hauling again ! read more

Called Marco because of the great reviews and he lived up to them - he gave me a prompt and reasonable estimate for picking up a pile of junk, including some old broken-down chairs and a broken heat lamp, and we scheduled for a pick up time the next day. He showed up on time, was super-speedy in loading the stuff, and was very courteous and friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for an alternative to the insanely high prices charged by 1-800-GOT-JUNK - they picked up a very heavy memory foam mattress for me last year and charged me a fortune. read more

Had a great junk removal experience with Markus and his crew today. I sent out three requests on Yelp this morning--two offered same-day service, but Markus gave the best quote. Usually, you get what you pay for, but that wasn't the case here. Markus removed all the junk in under half an hour and even swept the floor afterward. He was polite, respectful, and professional. I would highly recommend him for anyone's junk removal needs. read more

Great company! My mom needed a few items hauled away and Markus was very fast to reply with a quote, and availability that would be perfect for us. Last minute we asked to add a few more items and he agreed, which is awesome! The pricing is very very reasonable compared to many companies in the area. Very timely, fast service, with no hidden fees or BS. We will def be using this company again and recommending to others read more

Just regurgitate what everyone else has already mentioned in their reviews! Marcos responded very quickly to our service request and we got something on the books the same weekend. Well-priced, and amazing customer service- what more could you ask for? Thank you Marcos & team! read more

Markus is my go-to for hauling needs. They are responsive, quick and reasonably priced. This time I've hired them to haul away a fridge. I've worked with them before and would definitely work again. read more

Markus was super efficient and fast! Great customer service. Showed up earlier then the time he said he would come which was great for me. Very friendly and professional. I had big furniture that were old and needed junking! He took only 15 min to clear everything out. His prices were reasonable and he was very careful not to hit the walls. I highly recommend him and would use him again! read more

I can't recommend Markus highly enough. He was excellent to work with in every respect. I requested a quote from another business on Yelp. Yelp sent it to about 10 other businesses. I received an automated response from all of the other businesses, but Marcus sent me a quote immediately. No fuss, no muss, no jumping through hoops. It was wonderful. And his quote was the lowest I received. I responded to Markus on email through Yelp. He responded immediately. We went back and forth for a few emails and established a time for him to pick up our large wooden cabinet from our garage and take it away. See photos. He arrived exactly on time, loaded the cabinet, my husband paid the agreed on fee and we were done. It could not possibly have been easier. Thank you, Markus! read more

Definitely five stars, the price is competitive, and the work is superb! Marcos and his guys help me clean up massive construction junk in my backyard. The junk turns out to be more than we estimated, but Marcos did not complain one word or charge one cents more. Highly recommend the service! read more

I can not say enough good about Markus (Hauling) and Claudia. Not only were they responsive and reasonable, but they were also efficient and polite! I was working in Palo Alto where I know no one and tasked with finding someone to remove packing and moving boxes (before I left for LA) from an entire house. All I can say is thank you for magically making everything disappear and making me look good. Please take my word for it. This company ROCKS. read more

Before reading my review, read the other reviews (they'll be shorter) because this man will not disappoint you with his moving service. His name is Marcos and he is the friendliest dude out there when it comes to junk removal services. I'm going to repeat the same things other people have said... Let me just say how thankful I am for his flexibility and unbeatable prices. He arrived in a timely manner after we talked on the same day, then charged me $220... WHICH IS A GREAT PRICE COMPARED TO THE OTHER COMPANIES CHARGING YOU UP THE A**! He also takes electronic payment if you don't have cash which is super convenient especially if you're irresponsible like me. He answered all my phone calls (with the help of his wife) as well as assisting me with multiple questions that involved quotes on certain items I had in my apartment. Give this man an award and also some water when he's helping you out cause it's the least you could do while he's working hard! Seriously, I can't thank him enough. He has his own dolly, trash cans, you name it. I was addressed as "Miss" a lot which made me feel appreciated! That's just me, but my goodness... You definitely need to hire Marcos to aid you with getting rid of stuff, because he did EVERYTHING on his own, so when I say everything, I literally mean that he lifted all that I had into his truck by himself! How even? I can't fathom this guys strength, but enough of the praise, just call him and send some pictures on Yelp to get an affordable price at your earliest convenience that's genuine. He won't let you down! I will definitely recommend him to anyone. read more

I had 4 items hauled away and Markus Hauling was quick, efficient, on-time and friendly!

Excellent service!! From quoting to completion. Quick and easy quote over phone and messaging. No BS as other junk removers play by giving you a fee and then demanding to come in person to provide a quote. Sorry but don't want a bunch of strangers coming by and up'ing the charge because they are already there. Sent pics and descriptions to Marcus and got a quote - that was way less than others! On to the actual job, guy was super polite, professional and even sweeped up the area when he was done which we didn't expect at all - thank you! Will recommend to all friends and family. read more

Markus Hauling was fantastic. Friendly, on time, and affordable. Already have used again!

He cleared a bunch of scrap wood and did a great job! Will definitely use him again!

Markus was very easy to community with. He offered me a quote via Yelp and we set an exact time (!), not just a window when he would arrive. He arrived exactly on time with a huge smile, a very big truck and fantastic energy. He quickly finished the whole job exactly as described and refused to take payment u til he had finished! It could not have been a better experience. I HIGHLY recommend him for anyone seeking a junk hauler! read more

Markus and his team were AMAZING!!! I had tons of items I need to get rid of before moving and they accommodated me on a short notice. I contacted several local companies (many with 5 star reviews on yelp) and Markus was the easiest to work with (in terms of responsiveness, friendliness, scheduling, etc) and the rate was very reasonable, especially for the Bay Area. I expected it would take them at least 2 hrs but they got everything done so efficiently in only one hr. I highly recommend Markus and his team to everyone!!! read more

We had a lot of unwanted materials after moving, Markus Hauling was easy to schedule with and arrived exactly on time. Easy to work with and easy to get a quote. I will use them again! read more

This is the most reasonably priced vendor after quoting from 3-4 five star rated ones. Markus is very responsive on texting and respectful. He also understands completely when we changed our mind and cancelled the appointment. Some of the vendors I talked with will ignore me, or behave rudely when I cancelled the appointment, or trying to negotiate the price. The communication with Markus is smooth, easy and pleasantly. His team is also professional and being considerate when removing junks. I let them help with paver and concrete removal while I have a heavy pile of tree branches on top of some pavers. I saw them bent down and pull out those pavers as well. Will definitely use them next time, and recommend to others! read more

Called them about a week before I needed some junk hauled away and quickly got a quote back after sending pictures. Markus and Jesus showed up exactly on time for the appointment and were extremely fast. They might have been in and out within 10 minutes, taking care of an alley's worth of items (chairs, furniture, old fitness equipment). Would definitely recommend them. read more
