I wasn't expecting much. When the dish was brought out, it looked a hundred times better than what I expected. The veggies appeared to be fresh and were nicely roasted. I took a bite and was blown away. Perfectly oiled and salted with an excellent texture. This was a great veggie medley. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with our experience here.
