I told him my location. He said he had just got into wafflehouse to get him something to eat because he had not eaten. Then there was a long pause. Almost as if I were supposed to respond about his accidental fast. It's hot and I need my tire changed. I do not care that you have mismanaged your time and haven't had anything to eat. He got there twenty minutes later after telling me to be safe. He never was cross with me but he was a bit pushy. I need your expertise sir. I am sorry that my tire inconvenienced you. If I were to ever have a roadside need again I hope they don't use this company. My experience was very strained and I do not recommend.

They either do not care about their clients vehicles or they do not know what they are doing. Eventually, I went to get it towed myself to another lot. Also, while the truck was in there possession the tag was stolen off of it. The lot is not gated and free for anyone to take anything off of your vehicle.
