Just used them once so far but they're very nice and responsive. They're helpful on rush jobs and try to work with you on your budget. Only point against them was an incorrect order but they corrected it with out questioning. read more

This place is fantastic. I've only lived in Overland for three months and would drive by it quite often. Two days ago I needed some flyers printed for my photography business as I don't have a nice enough printer to make the flyers look professional. On a whim I decided to drive up here with the document on a flash drive to ask if they could print it, a sample to check the brightness/colors and what the charge would be. One of the people there (I forget his name), printed a sample which looked great. Based on that I decided to order 150 of them. I wasn't expecting them to print them off while I was there. I was anticipating next day pick up or something similar to that so when he offered to print them on the spot I was happily surprised. Less than ten minutes after he started to print them I walked out with 150 very professional looking flyers, shrink wrapped in plastic. I will definitely be back here next time I have some printing needs. read more

Very glad to patronize a local, family-owned vs. corporate-owned chain of copy/printing stores. Tiffany at Mark's was very helpful, prompt and attentive. However, the technician had not been so attentive (was later very helpful, though). They had made 100 copies of a one-page color flyer for me for my authors' book fair (no problem), then took two other pages and made 1 poster of each page. All done on time and seemed fine. BUT, they did not check their work. When I came to pick the posters and copies up, I noticed (by taking the posters out of the sealed bag to examine them: ALWAYS CHECK print jobs before leaving a shop!) that one of the posters had been done incorrectly. It took them 5 tries (while I waited; good thing i wasn't in a hurry...), but they did finally get it right. No complaints, very nice about it, and no charge. I even got to keep the spoiled poster board! So, all in all, a good experience and I will go back. Pricing is also VERY reasonable: this shop is LESS expensive by HALF than the corporate options (Fed Ex, Office Depot, Office Max) of which there are dozens. So, hail to Mark's shop. One thing: there are plastic particulates floating in the air there so much that the place REEKS. I mentioned it and the other receptionist said they had had the place "checked" by "wearing devices on their chests and everything" to measure the air pollution and it had been deemed "Safe" by some measure or other. I explained that those measures were NOT usually accurate and certainly breathing in plastic particulates is not good for humans. I suggested strongly that they get a filter or open a window. I had some shirts printed for my daughters fund raiser & they were suppose to be done Thursday I called Friday they told me not till Monday then called me back a couple hours later said they were ready! I went to puck them up I'm in my 60's with a small build the box was almost bigger then me he saw I was having a problem carrying it then didn't even offer to help or at least open the door for me! Then when I got home & opened the box they weren't the colors I ordered or the right sizes I think they just went with whatever they had to get my order done ! The guy was so rude when I picked them up I didn't even bother wasting my time calling & telling him about it I figured he knew they weren't right! So many businesses it seems like their so nice & helpful when your their selling the product but once they get your money it's like the attitude changes! Well he won't get another dime of my money !!! read more

This is clearly not a company that can do fundraisers they quote one price and then they turn around and charge you another price their prices on their computers are incorrect there is a young lady there front desk name starts with the T do not I repeat do not work with her because she is a royal you can fill in the blank not a reputable company and the young lady has a huge I will never use this company again there are a thousand printing companies in Missouri and who's not open on Saturdays rude and unprofessional read more

Their work quality is rushed and awful. The mailer they sent for me has typos that was corrected via email and yet, they make excuses for their shoddy work! After spending thousands with them, a mailer people will recieve a week before election looks a hot mess and has a glaring typo on it! No effort was made to proof their own work. A $2600.00 error they won't own and is extremely embarrassing! read more
