I found Clayton via Yelp. All the five star reviews and genuine comments are on point!…read more Clayton is professional, an excellent communicator, reliable, and competent! I sent him pictures of my plumbing leak (installed by a general contractor last year, so it was new) and he was able to see the problem. The other contractor did not install the plumbing to code, left the pea-trap out, and basically jury-rigged the whole thing. This work was done on my cabin, I am not local, so Clayton and my communications was via the phone and texting. He took pictures of his fix and I was able to pay him via Zelle. Going forward I will use CMD plumbing for any future remodels and fixes!!!

I found out all the parts required cost A TOTAL of $370 and took about 30 minutes to install. Before I went to install them myself, I found that the unit wouldn't turn on at all anymore and that the breaker had been removed and never replaced. When I put the breaker back, the unit turned on immediately and was extremely weak and flowed little to no air, which was not the original issue. This issue was never written up in the original report and the parts that were ordered would not solve this airflow issue in any way. according to other HVAC professionals. The fact that the breaker was left out tells me the technician realized that was the only way to get the unit to stop running. Obviously this new issue was created with whatever work had been done by the technician. (Mistakes happen, not upset about that) I called to see if they would come out to fix the problem they had caused at no charge and they said no. Not only is it outrageous to charge almost $2000 for 30 minutes of work but to not hold your company accountable to fix new issues that they have created is unacceptable. I was told the quote of $2,281 for the work and parts require was outrageous by an HVAC technician in the Bay Area, that should tell you something...

My old sink was a resin sink that was built into the countertop, which I knew would be tricky to remove. The plumber skillfully cut out the old sink with great care and precision, protecting the countertop and leaving everything clean and intact. It's rare to see this level of skill and care these days. I would absolutely recommend John Wayne Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work, especially for more challenging installations like this one.

His pricing is great, and the service is excellent. This is a true story: I bought a $3000 unit from him several years ago, but started having problems with it late last summer. He had to buy a new unit himself, and is hopefully dealing with the manufacturer, who will hopefully make it right for him. Consider this a 5 star rating, and I would make it even higher!
