I used Zoom drain this past week. They offered the best price, the most thorough analysis, but the…read moreone thing that tipped the scales in their favor was there are obvious honesty. At first, I was a little bit taken aback because outward honesty is rare, but in the end after I compared all of the analysis, estimates, visuals, I was provided with, and statements of the five bids I put myself through - Zoom Drain was spot on accurate and offered what was truly in my best interest and recommended only what was in my best interest. I also found it noteworthy that when they begin work, the outside specialties that they brought in such as a plumber, and a relining company for one section of my pipe were exactly the same as they were. Birds of a feather flock together. A year or two ago, I use the lining company to check my pipes because I live in an old neighborhood. That relining company associated with the Zoom Drain told me that there was nothing wrong with my pipes and that I should do nothing. This job involved running new sewer pipe, and a new clean water feed into my house while I had the driveway ripped up to put down new pavers and new Irrigation. In other words, I'm being proactive in in an old neighborhood and getting the pipes replaced before they failed. Zoom's pricing was very very fair and if you want to do the worst of the math, 1/3 of the price of Lee Plumbing who's analysis in bid was outside the norm as determined by the other 4 bids. Don't get me started on Lee Plumbing a conglomerate to scooping up all the small independent plumbing companies in Las Vegas. Finally, when digging up my yard, Zoom Drain did not have to try to save an old cactus a blooming tree in several other plantings, but they did carefully shoveling around things that were in danger instead of just using the heavy machinery. I have no hesitation at all and recommending Zoom Drain. I don't work for them, they did work for me, the work is done, and I'm getting nothing from this except the feeling I'm paying back someone who did very well for me and that I recommend to others.

Many other septic companies were not responsive and I didn't receive a call back. Once I scheduled, they showed up on time, the next day, and executed the work swiftly and professionally. Given the size of my house and # of bathrooms, I thought I was dealing with a 2,000 Gallon septic tank and they predicted that also. On the morning of 9/15, I called around and left messages with a few companies. One company answered, but quoted me a very high call-out fee--which I accepted since no one else was reachable. Before that appointment was even set, the owner of All American called me back and said he could have someone out within an hour or so, at a much more reasonable price. I immediately said yes! He sent Robert and his wife Heather, and they showed up right away. Robert cut back the insulation, found the cracked pipe that was causing the leak, and was able to repair it within just a couple of hours. They were such a huge help, and we're so grateful for their quick response, honesty, and expertise. They are truly affordable, and it made me feel ten times better knowing we got that call back from All American. Robert was honest, professional, and never made us feel like our business was taken for granted. We can't recommend them enough!

Despite it being a holiday weekend, Jerry came out first thing the very next morning and replaced the entire valve for $600, including parts and labor. That was especially refreshing after a much larger plumbing company had quoted us nearly $3,000 for the same repair. He didn't simply install the valve and leave. He opened multiple faucets and thoroughly tested the system to make sure the pressure remained stable throughout the house. He brought it down to approximately 64 PSI, explained how I could periodically check and adjust it myself, and offered to return and make things right if we experienced any problems. He was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. It felt like he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly and making sure I understood everything before he left. That combination is increasingly difficult to find. He is absolutely our plumber from now on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
