I've always insisted on doing everything myself so it was a big leap for me to decide to cater this event. Stacy knew right away that I was going to need some extra hand-holding and she guided me expertly through the entire process. Stacy created the perfect Covid-safe menu that included individually plated appetizers, a served salad course and a served luncheon buffet. I've attached a few pictures but they don't do it justice - everything looked amazing and tasted delicious! And everyone felt very safe with the individual servings. My guests just raved about the the food, presentation and expert service! Stacy and her assistant IIja provided prompt delivery and setup, followed by a super cleanup with "leftover" food packaged nicely for the after-party! Everything was just perfect Stacy, and I can't thank you enough for taking care of every detail so I could enjoy the entire event with my family and friends. I'm a forever, raving fan!

I worked with Brooke Kazebee, Director of Events, for about a month leading up to the event. Brooke was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating as we made adjustments to the menu and guest count. She made the planning process easy and stress-free. On the day of the event, the Olive Wood team arrived early, giving them plenty of time to set up their ovens and prepare for service. All four team members were friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the event. And most importantly, the food was AMAZING! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the pizza was. We offered seven different pizza options, and every one was a hit. The fresh pasta was delicious, the salad was excellent, and the appetizer trays were beautifully presented and practically works of art. The desserts were incredible as well. After food service was finished, the team carefully packed everything up and cleaned the area before leaving, which was greatly appreciated. This was our first experience with Olive Wood Pizza, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the planning process to the food and service to the cleanup, everything was first-class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olive Wood Pizza to friends, family, or colleagues, and we would definitely use them again for a future event. Thank you, Olive Wood Pizza, for helping make such an important day for our family even more special!

Not friendly. I know…read moreyou remember me Tuesday around 4 PM. This is the second time I've come in and made the exact same request. My kids eat very small portions of ice cream. I never asked for a discount and was happy to pay full price. All I asked was for a smaller scoop. Both times, the shorter male employee looked at me like I was asking for something ridiculous. He acted confused and annoyed over the simplest request. This time was even worse. He scooped ice cream that was already melted around the edges. I politely asked if he could scoop from the part that wasn't melting, and he replied, "Oh, it's buttercream," as if that somehow made it acceptable. Then he did the exact same thing with my daughter's ice cream. The ice cream was already melting before we even walked out the door. What disappointed me even more than the melting ice cream was the attitude. If you don't enjoy serving customers especially families with children maybe customer service isn't the right job for you. I still left a tip. Not because the service deserved it, but because I genuinely felt sorry for your attitude.
