One a couple shirts, buttons fell off after only a few washes. On another shirt, the button was sewn on securely, but incorrectly. That's fine, in that you'd never really notice unless looking closely, but it speaks to the inconsistency and lack of quality control. A lot of the negative reviews are very negative due to quality or service issues. I think, if you keep in mind that you're getting mediocre quality and mediocre service, you can get very good deals here, but you have to understand that quality and service are both going to be hit or miss.

You can find some more traditional items here too: blazers, suits, ties, sweaters, pants, etc. However, you won't find any shoes or traditional English overcoats like you might at Rego, Harry Rosen, Indochino or Proper Cloth. Also, just be VERY sure about what you buy. This is the only reason I won't give a five star rating. For understandable reasons for a small business, they're reluctant to give refunds if you purchase something and change your mind later. They're happy to give you store credit for most returns, but they probably won't refund you if you change your mind. Ignore the return policy at the end of your receipt, treat anything you buy here as a final sale, and you won't be disappointed. Everything they carry is high quality and they only sell new, never-before-worn clothes.

We also found that he took his time to ensure our satisfaction. There were a couple of things that had not been originally done such as ordering the bowties and he took care of it. There was also a vest missing for the father of the bride. When going back for the final fittings, the vest had arrived but needed some adjustment. They immediately give it to their tailor and it was done within one hour. However, the bowties had not yet arrived but Alex assured us that they would be coming in that week.
