Joe the dispatcher should be fired. I booked airport Limo 2 days in advance, price confirmed, Limo confirmed, even Route confirmed. I called evening before pickup to confirm 4:30AM pickup to YYZ Pearson. Joe called 4am on Morning of pickup to ask if I had confirmed vehicle,,, and that He had NO vehicle to send. Why did he call at 4am if I had not confirmed my booking? Is this Guy high on something? I almost missed my International flight. Cannot recommend this company like all the other DISSATISFIED customers. Bad Reviews all over. ZERO STAR. read more

These people are rude and unprofessional, I'd never ever use them and encourage everyone to not call this company for a reservation.

My husband missed his flight because of their disorganization. The limo never showed up. When we called the number he didn't care. He said "uuuuh, oh uhhhh maybe we got hacked, I don't know". He didn't know where any of his drivers were and couldn't tell us if someone was going to pick us up or not. Didn't say he would try and rectify their mistake, or that he'd even call us back. When I called him back after booking with another company to make sure our limo was cancelled, he refused to give me his name and hung up on me. DO NOT BOOK WITH ANY COMPANY THAT HAS NO COMPANY ADDRESS AND THE PHONE NUMBER 1-866-888-7378 WHAT A SCAM!!!!!
