I understand that, especially with covid, there are lots of delays in vendor manufacturing, but it doesn't excuse the fact I have to constantly call them on or past the due date to get updates. They are very unorganized and often tell me they will have to call me back with an update. They never do. It's been 4 weeks and 10 calls/emails from me and I'm still waiting for delivery. I will not be going back to Hoke.
