This company refused to cancel an order they could not fulfill in a timely manner, and has charged my card for said purchase, refusing to refund the full amount. On December 5th, I ordered 2 signs for my business from this seller. The order was set to arrive by December 11th. I received an email the next day saying that the order would be received up to a week later than the original quoted time frame. I immediately requested a cancelation of the order, which the seller refused, twice. Now, the seller is requesting that I pay for the return of an item THEY refused to cancel, and illegally charged my card for, PLUS a 20% restocking fee. Complaint filed with the BBB, and with my bank next. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

This store was unresponsive to an online order, then shipped it AFTER I cancelled it. They lied to me on the phone so I turned the FedEx shipment around myself directly through FedEx. Then they only gave a partial refund for an order I cancelled and never received. Very unprofessional and treat customers like we are stupid. Do NOT recommend! read more

Stay away from this company. I own a wedding planning and design company. We needed items for a wedding on a defined timeline. We ordered 4 tall clear cubes from Marketing Holders, with the assurance that they would arrive on time. The shipment did arrive on time. But 3 of the 4 items were damaged and unusable. Marketing Holders shipped replacements. All 3 of the replacements were damaged. This forced us to scramble to find substitute cubes at the last minute to take care of our clients' wedding. When we called to report the damages again, and ask for a full refund, we were told that WE would have to pay for the return shipping AND that there would be a 20% restocking fee. Unbelievable. I asked to speak to a supervisor or upper management. I was told that no one in management ever speaks to clients. Very disappointing. Throughout our interactions with Marketing Holders, they have been unprofessional and unhelpful. We will never again order anything from this company. read more

Decent product, but horrible customer service. They never sent shipping info, and only when I inquired I was told there was a defect in the product and they had to re-make them, and would thus miss my in-hand deadline. The claimed they called and left a message but of course I received neither a call nor email with the news. Had to scramble to find a new supplier who could make deadline. Then, I still had to deal with the useless shipment on its way. They told me they'd send a shipping label to send back or to wherever I needed the shipment to go (if I still wanted it). Once I inquired about the label, I was told they changed their mind and would not pay for return shipping. So here I sit with 430 brochure holders, an angry client and lots of missed future orders for Marketing Holders. read more

Even though we agreed that it may just have been that the ribbon cable may have pulled loose, it wasn't checked. In fact I could find nothing that had been done, and it cost me $60 just to get the laptop back in the same shape. The invoice said I got a discount for paying within 10 days, but I got nothing there, either. The way the owner keeps protesting by expanding the post just makes me sad.

I decided to buy two coloring books (for a neice) from two separate young and black artists. I purchased 10*6 tier eyeglass display. I pay $150.80(amazon) they sell same product 12pcs for $89.95(ebay) I lose $60.00. I call C/S twice. Megan said I will pay 20% restock fee and return postal costs. but the listing doesn't mention that a return will cost the customer money. This company "cheating price" Is this good business? Fair? I had to do a lot of shopping over Christmas, and ordered quite a few custom holders from these guys (Tables tents with tri-fold holders attached). I was a bit worried at first, being a busy time of year for many business and all, but they got them shipped out and I received them on time! During the busiest time of the year! Their customer service people are great, and helped me save a few bucks when it came to the custom order, recommending a different thickness that brought the cost down without really impacting the holders. BAD SELLER! Aside from MANY complaints from Amazon buyers about receiving broken or cracked acrylic products, 3 DAYS after Amazon sent this seller a message to cancel an order, they completely ignored that request and shipped it anyway. We call that FRAUD. We asked Marketing Holders to contact FedEx to cancel the shipment (return to shipper) and received ZERO response from them. I ordered a 32" display cube from them. When it arrived it was broken with a large crack on one side. Customer service was very helpful. All I had to do was email a picture of the broken cube and they immediately sent a new one to me. When the replacement arrived it was in great condition. Furthermore, when you read the MANY other reviews reporting these issues and then try to cancel your order(s), they intentionally ignore the cancellation and ship the order.
