Megan said I will pay 20% restock fee and return postal costs. but the listing doesn't mention that a return will cost the customer money. This company "cheating price" Is this good business? Fair? I had to do a lot of shopping over Christmas, and ordered quite a few custom holders from these guys (Tables tents with tri-fold holders attached). I was a bit worried at first, being a busy time of year for many business and all, but they got them shipped out and I received them on time! During the busiest time of the year! Their customer service people are great, and helped me save a few bucks when it came to the custom order, recommending a different thickness that brought the cost down without really impacting the holders. BAD SELLER! Aside from MANY complaints from Amazon buyers about receiving broken or cracked acrylic products, 3 DAYS after Amazon sent this seller a message to cancel an order, they completely ignored that request and shipped it anyway. I ordered a 32" display cube from them. When it arrived it was broken with a large crack on one side. Customer service was very helpful. All I had to do was email a picture of the broken cube and they immediately sent a new one to me. When the replacement arrived it was in great condition.
