After 3 month I call her to see if it is done to put on then she said yes . After the sign on I thought we are done but recently my neighbor tenant just apply for her permit to put her sign on and she saw my sign permit is not on city of orlando . I called the city of orlando permit and they said the plan was denied and need revision but no one did correct the error ? And they did not let me know about this . So I call the lady name Lina and she never answer me . So I look up on the application to see if there's different phone number and I found the application person phone number . When I called him then he said I need hire new architect and download everything and bring to him with a fee $360 to resubmit to the city . I asked him. Why I need to pay again and bring it to him which is 1 hour away from my house ? He said when they do resubmit then they're a a charge for fee and he only do sign only . Understand that but don't they have to have permit to put the sign on ? So I said to him again " so the sign wasn't get approved to put on the when you guys put them on ? " then he said " probably because you told them to put on " ( then he laugh so hard ). How do I know the sign wasn't approved? They didn't let me know the permit code or if it's approved or not . I just ask if it's ready to put on because we are close to grand opening and Lina said yes it's ready ( she's Chinese ). Now I don't know what to do ? What if the inspector come and tell me to take of the sign ? What I'm going to do ? And it will cost me time and extra money to fix this situation. Don't ever hire this company. They will caught you in big tribute . Not only have this trouble . My neighbor massage next to me also hired them for the sign . And she's figuring out what to do also .
