My toasted marshmallow latte was extremely underwhelming compared to what it looks like on the menu. I love the idea and the concept, but I don't think I'd pay nine dollars for another latte. Also, my straw was fully opened, stuck in my drink, and then I watched the barista put her hand all over my straw in order to stir up by coffee with it. Most coffee shops would use a metal spoon for that not the straw that the customer is expected to drink out of after your hands been all over it. I ended up tossing the straw and using one that I had in my car.
