Mark is the bomb! I'm a disabled Army veteran who's had 5 too many surgeries and had some health issues over the years. Mark was my personal trainer for about a year. Before that time I was so out of shape. I could barely lift 5 lbs . When I first started I didn't take my diet as serious as I should .
