There is a movie theater, tons of restaurants, office space, a hotel, and residential space. Do I actually enjoy it? No, this place is the 7th circle of hell for me. There is simply too much going on and the infrastructure for it isn't properly designed. The are only a couple in and out flows for the center, there aren't always stop signs so there are a lot of awkward driving situations, and then there just isn't enough parking. I always just end up going to the parking garage and going to the top level to save myself the hassle of hunting for spots. The good. There are a fair number of restaurants. If you want the buzz of an active area I get it. A lot of the restaurants are higher end, and this is a good area for people in their 40-60s. I just haven't had great experiences at any of the restaurants and the absolute pain of the ill designed center is a big negative. I don't live in St. Charles, so it isn't enough of a draw to make me want to drive west and visit this congested center. I'd take the congestion of downtown or Kirkwood Webster over this any day.

However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. I am only giving 4 stars because there were a few outlet stores that I would've liked to had seen moved to this location after the Taubman Outlets closed, which wasn't too far away.
