She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. She explained why my expectancies in the past have been so different. How Each practice has different procedures and protocol for the same findings. The doctor and receptionist were also kind and welcoming. (Maybe I just caught everyone on a good day).The building was clean, nice and the waiting room was large and set up to accommodate social distancing. I think I finally found my dentist.

Today I had more extensive work done, including the extraction of a fractured tooth & placement of a temporary restoration, & Dr. Mo made the whole process much easier than I expected. She was very reasonable with the treatment plan & cost, explained everything clearly & was patient, kind & professional throughout. The temporary teeth already look nice & I know it may take a little time to adjust to the new look. I also really appreciated that Dr. Mo & her team stayed late to complete my treatment & never made me feel rushed. What impressed me most was that they never watched the clock, even though it was already around 9 PM, their focus was on completing the work properly & making sure I received excellent care before I left. Daughter just got braces 3 days ago and was referred to this office for cleaning. She was literally crying and asking them to stop. Water spraying on her face with no care to wipe it off. Not only that, but also while asked to give a review, the same person helped her pull it up on her phone AND PRESSED THE 5 STAR REVIEW and submitted it. This is not the level of care and comfort anyone should have at the dentist. I will also be reaching out to the Orthodontist and let them know the type of care they referred her to. She just got comfortable enough with the dentist in order to get braces, and to have this lack of care, especially with new patients, and a person who's not even a week into braces is Beyond me.
