My initial phone call to schedule an appointment was even a positive experience! The receptionist was friendly, considerate, helpful, and precise describing what I needed to bring and what to expect. The hygienist was supportive, thoughtful, and kind. The checkout receptionist was so friendly and considerate. Dr. Vince Penesis had extensive knowledge of my autoimmune disease, Sjogren's Syndrome, which is rare to find and necessary given the effects Sjogren's has especially with dry mouth.
