Well last night I flossed like I always do and the filling came out. Now that side of my mouth hurts and I tell that to the receptionist and she said he won't be available til Monday. I ask will it be covered and she said since they have to do it over I would have to pay again. I explained to her about the sensitivity, and how I have other fillings from other dentist & it never fell, this isn't on me so why would I have to pay again. She cut me off saying she can't help me & she has to ask the doctor. I asked her , her name and she hung up on me. I called again and she answered and hung up.

The woman upfront said my daughter had to be honest about how long it's been. And that if she wanted to be seen, she would have to pay for her x-rays out of pocket. I wasn't asked about x-rays over the phone. And it wasn't like my daughter was lying about anything. Her insurance pays for x-rays yearly, and we didn't know that. My daughter said she's thinking about staying with her old dentist, because she doesn't like being accused of lying.

It's taken me ages to get the courage to go back to any dentist. But today I went back to Dr.Campo & he'll be my dentist forever. He's thorough, explained everything to me, gentle as could be & knows what he's doing. I trust him completely. And as for his STAFF... he's lucky to have every single one working for him.
