Again they asked me for 85 USD for my wife's filling when I asked them why wasn't me or her told about it before, they just said they did. we were very happy in the beginning for paying 75 each and now this , off course we were not told , so we were now sure that this is they do here is just squeeze money out from people and has no etichs or professionalism or coustomer respect. I brought my 20 year old daughter here who hadn't been to the dentist in over 3 years (due to fear). She recently had an unpleasant experience at another dentist who was aggressively cleaning her teeth and chastising her because it had been so long so she walked out in the middle of the cleaning. I talked to Ilana before scheduling and explained my daughter's situation and that she can be a difficult patient. Ilana had no qualms whatsoever about taking her on as a patient. Ellen worked with me for several weeks to get her an appointment as she is a college student with a challenging schedule. Everything went really well and now my daughter has a new dentist!

Period!!! Longer version: I live in North Carolina and found myself on a four year chaotic journey trying to reach completion of a full, upper arch restoration with implants included. It was always one thing or the other, week in and week out...never to finish. I told my husband that I needed a well deserved change! I had heard of PI Dental and began researching the possibility of traveling to Fort Washington, PA for their input and, hopefully, they could get me to final. Going there was an option! My husband said to pack up and let's go! In just three visits they finished my restoration!They did what others could not do! Dr. Wolfinger is so special, very intelligent, very patient and kind. He is a master of his profession! His work is outstanding and everything is so comfortable! Comfort is a huge part of dentistry, not only aesthetics. The staff is so sweet and accommodating that I feel as though they are my family. From the first phone call to the last hug goodbye, they were absolutely fantastic!!! Now I want to travel to PA just pop in to say hello! LOL! By the way, we had excellent accommodations at The Residence Inn in Willow Grove, PA. It is a ten minute drive to PI Dental. I finally got my nerve up and said enough is enough. I am not going to lie. I was nervous about the procedure. However, every precaution was taken to make my experience as pain-free as possible. I had all of my remaining teeth surgically removed and six upper and four lower implants placed in my jaw. From there, I was fitted with upper and lower teeth. I left the Pi practice that afternoon with a mouthful of new teeth and a smile that I had never had before. I am most grateful for Pi every time I look in the mirror and also (ha ha) when I eat corn on the cob.
