This is an awful agency…read more I was with this company for close to 10 years. They completely screwed up receipt of a premium and led me on a wild goose chase to secure a refund. They didn't apologize, express any understanding of the predicament they put me in and were incredibly rude; the customer service is nil, and the owner, Bob, is, in my experience and opinion, just nasty and prone to gaslighting. They want your money and customer service is, at least in my experience and opinion, the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. "The customer is always right" does not apply to this company, again, at least in my experience.
