He paid a $150 copay for a root canal, with insurance covering the remainder. After the procedure, he continued to experience severe pain. Despite returning to the office multiple times, they dismissed his concerns, blaming the crown instead of properly diagnosing the real issue. Now, after months of suffering, he's being referred to a specialist -- who confirmed that the original root canal was not done correctly. When we requested a refund, the office arrogantly refused, claiming "the work was completed" and that "too much time has passed." Let me be clear: just because work was done does not mean it was done correctly. This office, and Dr. Lebab Helay in particular, will be hearing from both the state dental board and a lawyer. Their refusal to take accountability for their mistakes and the pain they've caused will not be ignored. I strongly advise anyone considering this office to think twice before trusting them with your care. Esta clínica, y en particular la Dra. I am told that coffee, drinks, and snacks are available even though no one showed me where they were. My mouth was scanned with their computer software and my retainer was made in their office. However, I've been coming here for 10 years, and it's actually a joy - even for those times when you need to have follow-up work done. My dentist is Dr. Franciska, and the hygienist is Denise. My husband sees Dr. Steven, and says he is really great too. They are really friendly, professional, and everything is absolutely spotless. They won't BS you about what work is required, and give good recommendations for other specialists if you need one (such as for oral surgery, or a root canal). I'd actually not mind going there MORE often. Who can say that?

It took a lot of courage to get myself into the dentists office but I am so glad that I did. Dr. Aurora and her staff are the kindest most caring team I've met in a very long time. Dr. Aurora herself is absolutely incredible. I explained to her that I did have anxiety and she reassured me that I was in control during the exam and throughout the entire process. She told me stories about her growing up in Romania and coming to America to become a dentist and all the hard work she put in to obtaining her career. That in it's self was so awesome to hear and it was so nice to have the distraction. Dr. Aurora did my cleaning because they do not have a dental hygienist right now and honestly I think that is what did it for me. Another amazing part of my visit was the fact that Dr. Aurora had a reference ready for the oral surgeon because I desperately need to get my wisdom teeth out. Every other dentist I've ever been to has never given me the resources to find an oral surgeon so I have always been unsuccessful and just given up. If you're looking for someone who really loves what she does and a team that runs like a well oiled machine I highly recommend visiting Dr. Aurora. Overall it was an absolutely awesome experience and I even have my appointment schedule three months from now so that she can do a more thorough exam once my gums are healed. The craziest thing is that I'm actually looking forward to it!

My daughter occurred this bill as an adult when she was living on her own. Why Dr. Ciceovan is making me responsible for my adult daughters debt is RIDICULOUS!

That's when I knew he was a fraud!! the work I was told I needed six months prior was 3000 out of pocket which I was prepared to pay today. Then this new Dr Song begins telling me I need to have all my teeth pulled and mouth rebuilt from scratch, 30,000 dollars' worth of work before insurance which brought it down to 23,000 with insurance. Trying to explain to him that it was not affordable meant nothing to him. He tried to use scare tactics over and over pushing so hard and aggressive I almost lost my cool. The staff was amazing I give them that. But the aggressive scare tactics is not cool. I even explained to him that I have special needs kids where some of their therapy is not covered by my insurance and their well-being is more important than me having a perfect smile. THAT MEANT NOTHING TO HIM!! He continued to aggressive scare and up sale tactics!! Keep in mind my teeth are not bothering me, but I know I need the 3000 worth of work I was quoted by the previous dentist. It took everything in my power not to snap out on this man I mean everything!!! I can't speak for all dentist at this location, but Dr Song did not care about me as a patient he cared about getting as much money out of me as he can as fast as he can. Look buddy I'm here for treatment not to put your kids through medical school. Staff was great finance lady was great and understood my concerns and where I was coming from. If you can stay away from this place!! this is my 100% honest review of this location and 100% honest opinion of Dr Song.
