Once finished with whatever jabs, pills, etc for your animal, you don't feel that there is a big sell at the end for you to buy more. There is parking out front for customers which is useful given the road they are on. The waiting area is big enough that you do not need to sit with 'conflicting' animals. Generally, you are seen promptly and not left hanging around too much. They are also very accommodating for the odd emergencies. Part of their service, which is very useful is texting you when it is time to give your animal their next dose of monthly pills. Also they will email you when it is time for your next annual check up. The text.... great idea!

Every single time I go my very anxious cats are delayed by at least 30 minutes, sometimes as long as an hour, sat waiting outside for their appointment. And every single time (over a year and many appointments to deal with allergies) blood work, results, prescriptions etc have been delayed which causes further harm to my pets. like I say, some of the vets are wonderful but I am changing vets finally after a year of trying to get anything on time when my cats are ill and in need of treatment. It's unacceptable service and wait time compared to many other vets out there. If you have a cat who is nervous at the vet, I would think twice about going here.

Sarah at Don't Forget the Goldfish looked after my guinea pigs while I was away for 2.5 week for…read moresummer holidays. She did an amazing job looking after my girls. One of the piggies had a small infection at the time of dropping them off that unfortunately got much worse while I was away. Sarah was very proactive and took my pig to the vet who determined that she needed surgery. Sarah was amazing. She arranged the appointment for the surgery, she took her to all of her follow up visits and even administered her medication and liquid food as advised by the vet. When I returned from my holiday, my pigs were in good condition (all things considered) and happy to have been with her. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who needs someone to look after small pets while they're away. I had a few friends who offered to drop by daily to feed and water them, but I'm so happy that I opted to pay for Sarah's services. She was so proactive, knowledgeable and caring through the whole thing. I'm not sure my pig would have made it without her kind and careful attention. I can't recommend enough this pet sitting company!
