No matter what make or model you are looking for, there is a very strong chance they have it. What really stood out is the freedom to test drive multiple cars at your own pace. I test drove about six vehicles and even went back to retest one. Being able to take the cars out, get a real feel for them, and compare helped me make a very informed decision. I worked with an amazing team: Ross (sales), Steve (finance manager), and Sean (Shawn) in finance who handled the paperwork. Each of them made the experience exceptional. Ross was outstanding. I came in with only a general idea of what I wanted, more about the feel, power, and certain non negotiable features, and Ross listened carefully. Based on that, he curated an excellent lineup for me. After each test drive, he paid attention to my reactions and adjusted accordingly. He ultimately guided me to a car I had never even considered, but it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for, my dream car. Ross was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. He provided true customer service. When I noticed something slightly off with the brakes, he personally test drove the car to confirm my concern, and they immediately fixed the issue before I took delivery. Every question or concern I had, Ross handled quickly and professionally. He truly gets to know his customers, which is rare in today's car buying experience. Steve in finance was equally impressive. He came out, introduced himself, shook my hand, and focused on understanding my situation rather than pushing for a payment amount. He found me the best possible deal, even beating my pre approval, without excessive credit inquiries. He provided a detailed breakdown of every item before I signed anything and allowed me to accept or decline options with zero pressure. I was able to customize my package completely, which I have never experienced before. I walked out paying exactly what I expected, which is unheard of in car buying. Sean (Shawn) handled the paperwork and made the signing process smooth and stress free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided copies of anything I requested. He kept the atmosphere relaxed and conversational, which really helped ease any anxiety. Even with multiple test drives and resolving a small issue, I was in and out in under four hours. That is incredibly efficient for such a thorough and personalized experience. Overall, if you are looking for an outstanding car buying experience, Auto Lenders of Princeton is the place to go. I came in unsure and left with a vehicle I absolutely love. I will definitely return again and again.

When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.

They were treated with real professionalism and care even if they were just visiting. After hearing such positive feed backs from my parents, I drove up to NJ that night, took about 5hrs just to check out the Maserati and meet Eric and his team. When I got there, I was treated very warmly, definitely sensed he was an honest salesman who is down right real with you. He's the kind of guy that focuses on transparency and gives you honest feed backs on what's worth it or not regardless of sales, which I think is an amazing trait you rarely see with car salesmen who are just hungry for their next sale. The 2013 MC wasn't in as good condition inside and Eric agreed even if it's a rare car,but he let me test drive their 2012 Granturismo sport they got few days ago and wasn't even listed yet. That car for the mileage and age was in pristine condition, you could've fooled me and said it was 2018 or 2019 and I would've bought it because it was that clean inside. Eric was also generous enough to give us the car for a really good deal. Agreements and paper work flew by and next thing I know, I was driving back to VA with my dream car. In lieu of bringing down the price lower than he wanted, I agreed to come back to his establishment for my services and future body work which we briefly discussed. Good guy, honest and hard working salesman. His success is a true testament to his dedication to what he loves. I highly recommend giving Miracle AutoSports a serious look for used luxury car owners.

One of the supposed perks of buying a new Toyota is the inclusion of an initial service contract…read morecalled ToyotaCare which allegedly provides oil changes and tire rotations for the first 25,000 miles at six months intervals... at least that's what the salesman breezes through like an auctioneer when you ask him for details. In reality you get two oil changes since Toyota only recommends changes at 10,000 mile intervals. A mileage threshold that most reputable mechanics dismiss as ridiculously long especially for a four cylinder engine. What they've really created is a ponzi scheme to deliver your car back to the dealer every six months to check for warranty work that they profit from handsomely. And, perhaps more importantly to Toyota is getting you in the habit of bringing your car back to the dealer for service since the service department is the dominant profit center at most Toyota stores. This scheme all came to light when I dropped my car off for what I thought would be an oil change and a tire rotation and having them pronounce the service finished in ten minutes. Basically, they lifted the car up, took a look around and found nothing to fix under the warranty. When questioned, they defended their "comprehensive" check and sent me on my way. Ten minutes? It almost takes me as long to brush my teeth so, I'm calling BS to say nothing of their wholesale misrepresentation of the program. The moral of this encounter is you have to go through every document at time of sale with a magnifying glass. My fault, since I left my magnifying glass at home. Two stars.

Halfway into the 90 minutes the service writer came out and attempted to sell many hundreds of dollars of additional work which were declined. This appears to be nothing more that the dealership using the oil change as a way to sell significant and expensive additional work. EVERY service writer I watched came out to their customers and tried to sell additional work. This is probably pervasive in the manufacturer based auto industry, but that doesn't make it legit. I mentioned to the service writer that the local oil change shop could have done it in 20 minutes - his response was to disparage the hard working techs at the locally owned business as competent. I get mailings from this business almost weekly telling me what a good deal they will give me to sell them my truck. No way. They proved their true nature in this endeavor.
