They immediately provided assistance and an appointment for the same afternoon! The dentist was explaining everything carefully. The hygienist Juan was excellent and very patient knowing my previous issues, he injected the minimum to numb the area and was really careful to ensure I could take breathes, monitoring my blood pressure and more. The deep cleaning has been perfect and very professionally. I understand the price is a bit up because I didn't maintain for a bit of time and it will be a normal cleaning going forward. I read the reviews on Yelp and they are mixed often due to the price or mask required, but I wanted to make my own experience as the 500+ reviews on Google are amazing. I confirm my own experience was outstanding and exceeding expectations. I'm continuing my plan with this dentist and I'm totally satisfied.

However, I have been a patient there for a little over five years and have had four crowns installed in that time period. Each of the dentists and their assistants have been absolutely terrific. This month, I had Dr. Tracy Couillard as my primary dentist, and Sofia, as her assistant. They could not have been more caring or more professional. I am a difficult patient (hard for them to get my tooth numb) and they were very understanding (and quick once it was numbed!) It is now two days after the installation of permanent crown and I have no discomfort whatsoever. I just read a couple of negative reviews, and I can tell you that I never experienced anything but pleasant and professional care from this practice, including the extraordinary front desk staff (Carolina, Barbara and others). So it truly is Gentle Dentistry and I would highly recommend Dr. Couillard to any new patient.

Three weeks after the procedure, I was in severe pain because part of the nerve had apparently been left behind. When I returned, I was told to wait for it to die on its own and I was charged over $200 to be told they didnt do thier job correctly. Now, one year later, I have an infection in the same tooth because the root canal was apparently not cleaned all the way to the bottom. I now need additional treatment and crown reconstruction. This office has cost me a tremendous amount of time, pain, and money. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going literally anywhere else. From what I can gather many other friends and colleagues who have gone here have shared a bad experience.

The Dental Assistant, "Dee" was so very kind, gentle, and professional in taking my x-rays. I must say that Dee made me feel comfortable my entire visit. The hygienist, "Antoinette" did a wonderful job in cleaning my teeth. I must say this is the best teeth cleaning I have ever had! Dr. Griffith was very thorough in his oral cancer screening and with my exam. I did have one small cavity of which I had him take care of the following week. The doctor was very gentle in giving anesthesia as I did not even feel the needle. His assistant, Dee was there the entire time making the experience all the better! I get it going to the Dentist can be expensive and in some cases painful. My most recent experience was on 7/21/26. After a 6 month cleaning on 7/16/26 conducted by Kalen who did a great job as he always does. I was then examined by Dr. Natalia my first visit with her. This place is no pressure and for the last 3 cleanings I had been kicking the can down the road and Dr Natalia called me out on it with all the evidence. Pictures of failing fillings, decay that got worse, decay under a crown that got bigger.... Pictures don't lie, x-rays dont lie, they show the progression. You have to listen and take action when problems arise. I had to get 3 new crowns and hope teeth could be saved. Kendra gave me an estimate of what my insurance would pay and also what I would have to pay. TRANSPARENT. Then I asked Kendra about a summer special they were running on Denistry needs I saw on website which she verified and did not know and BAM. I was happy about total price. Kendra was awesome. Flexible got me a 7:00 AM appointment to complete 2 crowns on 7/21/26. Well today was the day. Dr Natalia and Cley the dental assistant completed a seemless 2 crown tooth cleanup installation that I am HAPPY about. Cley and Dr Natalia were a team and kept things moving. It was my first dental procedure with Dr Natalia. She was honest with past evidence of my dental short coming that I did not address. Look, no one is excited about seeing the dentist but if you want to keep your teeth and have the LEAST amount of work you listen to your Dr. I walked out of there with great fitting crowns, on time and ready to go back to work. Cley was instrumental in fitting the fresh milled and baked crowns which made Dr Natalia's install quick, easy and painless. Very happy camper right now and get the final crown next week.
