Dr. Christopher Stanosheck thoroughly evaluated my tooth and crown. Luckily, he was able to re-cemented it back in place! It was good I went in, because I had bacteria and debris that had worked its way under the crown and it was irritating my gum, etc. He was able to clean that out and probably saved me from getting an infection and having a much bigger problem. Dr. Stanosheck was very kind as well as knowledgeable, and his office staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would recommend this practice to anyone without reservation.

In the chair, Dr. Makram said my last crown could wait. As soon as he escorted me to reception, his wife was already throwing dates at me to get the crown done sooner. I was also awoken more than once with early morning texts telling me I was due for a cleaning. If you can fend off the pushy marketing by the Mrs., I would highly recommend the work done here. Receptionist charged $150 to my credit card. Provide receipt (like cash register receipt). Upon returning home, I immediately called office to indicate I did not receive an itemized bill. Receptionist indicated "Oh, most of our customers don't want that". I indicated I did, please send. Upon receipt, I noted a $35 charge for a 'radiograph' not received. I contacted office immediately regarding this fraudulent billing. I requested a reimbursement check. I called the following week when check not received. Receptionist indicated the check would be sent "when they process checks". I called again 11/12/24 to report check still not received. Receptionist stated "Everything goes out after the first of the month". (It was well beyond USPS delivery time). As of 12/2/24, check still not received and we are now into the NEXT month! Obviously, this fraudulent billing was purely intentional; thus the reason for failure to provide itemized billing. Many/most customers may not notice if they do not call for itemized bill. Reimbursement for $35 fraudulent credit card charge IMMEDIATELY due!!! Customers/potential customers BEWARE of this dentist office!! ENSURE YOU REVIEW AN ITEMIZED BILL!!!

Today was my first visit to this practice and they insisted on taking pictures of my teeth - not X-rays- photos at a cost of $79 before they even checked my teeth. I did not need cosmetic procedures and refused to pay this up charge. The dentist would not authorize the cleaning unless I paid for the pictures. No dentist has ever asked for an unnecessary procedure at an added expense. I reported this to the insurance company and have an appointment at a different dentist.

Went in on March 4, 2024 for a routine replacement of a temporary crown that they had put in about two weeks prior. After 2.5 hours, I came out with 2 sections of my tongue cut out! The pain for me continues 8 days later and is only getting worse - tongue ulcers, pain in my mouth, teeth, gums and jaw, hurts to eat, hurts to talk, damage to another tooth, unable to sleep through the night. Absolute misery. I could write on and on. The 2 photos attached were taken from their dental office immediately after the dentist butchered my mouth.
