Unless you have insurance that covers literally 100% of your medical care and every single visit, I…read morewould RUN from this practice. I'm a generally healthy person with no complaints who is on a couple long-term maintenance medications for stable conditions. Not only did they require multiple appointments for simple prescription refills, but they then coded these visits as high-complexity - despite the fact that I didn't request them, I had no complaints, and all I needed was a prescription refill (for frame of reference, my previous provider wrote 12-month prescriptions for the same meds). I was billed $176 for each of the virtual prescription refill appointments. My final appointment there before I called it quits was a 15-minute virtual appointment (again, that the provider requested, not me) where ALL I NEEDED was a refill. The provider herself actually coded it correctly, and the billing team overrode the provider and change the appointment to the high-complexity code. I have worked in medical billing, and these appointments do not meet the requirements of a high-complexity code. They will bill EVERYTHING as high-complexity. So if you're someone with a high-deducible plan, this is NOT the practice for you. (Sidenote - they also admitted to me that their self-pay prices are actually LOWER than my contracted rate with insurance, but they would not give me the self-pay price). I went back and forth with their billing team, telling them I'd be happy to pay the bill when it was the correct amount. They stopped responding to me in February 2025. Today I got a letter from collections. I'm petty so I'll be fighting this until the bitter end and making sure that by the time this is over, they'll have spent more than $176 on collections and paying their billing team to argue with me, but I recommend saving yourself the hassle and just avoiding this practice altogether. (Also I can't wait for the part where I get their auto response to this review telling me how concerned they are and to reach out to discuss. I've already done that multiple times and no one there cares to remedy this situation!)

If you value your time, look elsewhere…read more I've been a loyal One Medical patient since this location first opened, and for years, it was truly exceptional. Dr. Jones is a fantastic physician--attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, the rest of the operation has completely fallen apart over the past year, and the experience no longer reflects the high standard of care that once defined this office. The administrative side has become a mess. On multiple occasions, I've arrived for appointments--lab visits and provider visits alike--only to find that staff weren't even on site. No phone call or text to notify me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. This has happened three times in six months. Between taking time off work, arranging childcare, and driving across town, it's incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time. What used to feel like a concierge-level practice now feels like an afterthought. The lack of respect for patients' time and the repeated scheduling failures make it impossible to rely on this office for consistent care. I don't know if it's a management issue or fallout from the Amazon acquisition, but either way, this location no longer delivers the quality or professionalism that patients deserve. **update: you will see response below from OneMedical. This is a perfect example of this going downhill. They have all the info they need - why am I wasting MORE of my time regurgitating it to their email inbox. Just acknowledge that you have fallen apart and fix it. My family is leaving the practice - but maybe you can Do better for future patients. **

Hello. I recently was seen by Dr. Cunningham for my seizures. He is a very wise, sincere, quick…read morewhitted and a no-nonsense demeanor kind of Doctor. He is a doctor you cannot bullsh*t so I understand why he is in the line of work he is in. I was blown away by his interpersonal skills and street smarts. He seemed to treat everyone as equals and fair chances --which is rare. He is the only Doctor I've heard dismiss a co-pay fee due to a misunderstanding and the only one I've heard give medical advice in casual conversation that ended up saving a persons life. I was nervous because of not looking like I have a "disability" and I was preparing to "sell my case" essentially but it was not needed. He automatically knew my daily struggles based off the placement of my brain tumor(removal), such as having emotional over load quicker than I was use to, becoming extremely fatigued after an overload of stress, and how much I could take on before it was "too much". I would essentially be flooded with sensory overload and into shut down/extreme fatigue a couple times a day. If I tried to push through it, my nervous system would end up locking---setting me up for a seizure. So as a result of my childhood trauma, I struggle with misque, or really believing my own emotions and problems. Him understanding before I had to say anything -- was very healing. It is funny how God works, so to Dr. Cunningham, may God continue to work through him and bless him.

I am a retired police detective, so I may have understood his blunt sarcasm better than most people would. I even cracked my own joke about doctors and he laughed and shook his head in agreement. I found Dr. Cunningham very knowledgeable about my condition and made me feel I can return to a relatively normal life, with hard work on my part, of course. I highly recommend Dr. Cunningham.

Dr. Gerald Asin Dr…read more Gerald Asin is an extraordinary physician in every sense of the word the kind of doctor we once believed existed only in memory or legend. He listens, truly listens, as if each patient were the only one on earth. He knows us not as charts or lab results, but as people with stories, fears, hopes, and a desire simply to be understood. His bedside manner is exquisite calm, confident, and deeply human. With a presence both gentle and resolute, he brings comfort before even speaking a word. His knowledge is vast, precise, and astonishing, yet carried with humility and grace. A master diagnostician, he sees what others overlook, finds clarity where there is confusion, and brings healing not only through science, but through kindness. To be his patient is to feel protected, cared for, and held in the capable hands of a gifted healer and a magnificent human being. There is, in him, the rare combination of wisdom, patience, compassion, and genuine love for people the true marks of a physician of the highest calling. As the Jewish saying goes: "A good doctor cures the disease; a great doctor cures the patient." And Dr. Asin? Well he cures the patient, explains the disease, calms the family, reassures the worrier, educates the curious, charms the skeptic, and somehow still keeps the office running like a Swiss watch. Frankly, at this point we're not entirely convinced he's just a doctor. He may also be part psychologist, part philosopher, part miracle worker, and part magician because every time we leave his office we feel better, wiser, and mysteriously convinced to take our medications. And the funniest part? We all pretend we're going for "a quick check-up," but in truth we're going because spending time with Dr. Asin is cheaper than therapy, safer than Google, and infinitely more reliable than asking your cousin on WhatsApp why your knee suddenly hurts on Tuesdays. May God bless him with strength, health, and patience especially patience, because with us as his patients... he's going to need it. A long time patient Jose Pienknagura
