Since John works with kids, he had a program suited for the pre-teen age group and their emotional needs/communication that didn't feel "childish" to my 10 y/o. After about 2 weeks (1 session a week) , our family dynamic changed for the better. And the next time we saw family, they commented on my son's maturity and communication style being leaps beyond previous encounters. I've seen a few therapists in life and she was the first one to actually see, listen, and understand me. The facility was always in good shape, great location, and if something was wrong the RS Cheyenne was always ready to step in and help. The staff we were around most often (CC's) were some of the most kind and loving people who truly are there to help. The people behind the program go above and beyond to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can heal and grow. Newport also has an alumni program that helps previous clients stay in touch with this amazing community they will soon be part of.
