If we could give 6 stars, we would. Mark and Doris were absolutely fantastic. They worked incredibly hard to sell our home and get us into a new one. They always advocated for us and advised us based on a thorough understanding of market data. They talked us out of an unsound deal even though they would have profited from it. That told us a lot about their character and integrity. Genuinely appreciated their tirelessness, high level of commitment to us (their clients) and their ability to get us a great house at a great price in the end. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

I feel so blessed to have met Mark. As a first time home buyer, I was excited but nervous at the same time. The market was hyper-competitive and my budget wasn't grand but Mark encouraged and supported me throughout the whole journey, which eventually led me to my buying my first home :) I also felt assured knowing that he had great rapport and reputation in the industry. Every person/vendor he referred me to was exceptional as well. He was always so reliable, honest and positive. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home! 100% read more

I rate Mark as the consummate realtor. He is a dedicated professional with a great attitude. Ably supported by his colleague Lana Knadian, they make a great team. Mark explained the details of the sale of our condo to us clearly and transparently. Subsequently, he organized and negotiated the repairs and painting work with vendors at a very reasonable rate. The staging followed where Mark and Lana demonstrated excellent taste and economy - using our own furniture and removing and storing excessive clutter. In all the cleaning and sweeping I and my wife barely lifted a finger. We merely docusigned documents with just a cursory glance, a measure of the trust they inspired. Consequently, the offer, which we accepted, was above our expectations. Needless to add, the escrow period passed uneventfully, we got paid promptly and got a free rent-back, giving us time to pack and arrange storage at our leisure. kudos to Mark and Lana. We have no doubt you will rise to the top of your profession7 read more

My husband Frank and I were referred to Mark Gonzales by another agent from OC area in December 2021. Since we did not work with Mark before we decided to interview few more agents ourselves. After we listened and sat through all the interview with the agents, we decided to move forward with Mark. We felt that Mark has great knowledge in LA real estate market and that he would represent us well. His expertise with marketing, photography, online present, current RE trend, and vast connections with clients and other RE teams were a great plus. I know everyone is busy so I will keep my review short and concise, and I hope it will help you considering Mark when it comes to sell or buy your property in LA. Here is our experience. 1. Mark is very professional, and he listens and understands his clients' needs. 2. Mark is very responsive and timely with his communications. 3. Mark is respectful, personable, and skillful in handling negotiation, conflict resolution with all parties involved. I am particularly impressed with his negotiation skills. 4. Mark always keeps us informed at all times and give us timeline of what to expect next. All and all, we had a great experience working with Mark. He will not be our one-time agent, but for all future buying and selling needs in LA. Mark! You did a great job, and we are very pleased with your service. Again, thank you so much for your hard work, diligent and high-end services. My husband and I could not ask for a better service. Again, thank you. May God bless you and watch over you always... :-) read more

Plan and simple Mark will take care of you like family. Many people say that, but Mark lives it. I've bought my first home and my forever home with Mark. When we decided to look for our home in the Santa Clarita Valley, our realtors in Atlanta recommended Jessica and the MarkGLiving Group to help us find it. As we were new to the SoCal housing market, Mark and Jessica immediately set up a Zoom call and walked us through the entire process, outlined the differences between California and other housing markets, and answered all of our procedural questions (there were many!). Jessica was always flexible as we toured properties and did a lot of research regarding new construction, which was key to solidify our decision to go for the new build instead of a pre-owned option. We definitely recommend Jessica as your realtor. Her approachable personality, professionalism and commitment to get all the information you need make her a solid choice for your real estate needs. read more

Mark is truly one of the best in the business! As a first time seller, he put my stress level at ease and guided me throughout the process on the sale of my condo. He's honest, professional, and gets the work done. My condo sold quick and higher than what we listed it for. I was so impressed that I recommended him to my parents and within a few short months he was listing my parents home on the market. To their surprise, Mark took care of everything to prep the home before it was listed. They received multiple offers, sold quick, and got way over asking price. We had the good fortune of meeting Mark and Jessica, a member of his team, at an open house early in our home search. We reached out to them a couple months later when we were ready to seriously begin looking, and they responded to us immediately to begin working together. Here are some things we especially loved about working with Mark and Jessica: 1. Mark and Jessica set up a meeting with us to explain the ins and outs of home buying in LA, which included a helpful power point we got to keep for our reference throughout the process. This was especially helpful to us as first-time home buyers. It answered most of our questions and provided a space for us to get the specifics clarified. 2. Mark and Jessica were flexible and patient with us as we honed in on the specifics of our search. At a couple points during our time working with them we tweaked the details of what we were looking for and what areas we were interested in. Mark and Jessica didn't have any problem with this and were patient and flexible with us as we decided what was important to us in a home. 3. Mark and Jessica were always available to us by phone or email and had extremely fast response times. This was especially important to us as we learned how quickly the market moves in LA. 4. Mark and Jessica were willing to put in some extra, after-hours work when we decided to submit an offer, making sure that our offer was the first received for our home. We ultimately think this helped our offer get accepted and are so thankful they were willing to move so quickly in making this happen for us. 5. After we had our offer accepted Mark and Jessica (and their assistant) continued to walk us through the escrow process, answer any questions we had, contact the listing agent as often as needed to follow up on questions, and set up appointments with inspectors. Going through the closing process was so much easier knowing we had agents we trusted to make sure everything happened on time and have our best interests in mind. 6. Mark and Jessica are truly fun people to be around, which is important when you are going around the city with them looking at properties! We can't recommend Mark, Jessica, and the rest of the team more, read more

If I could give Mark a 10 out of 5, I would because he is THAT wonderful. My husband and I were nervous wrecks since we were 1st time homebuyers and we had no idea what to do at all. Mark was utterly helpful from the start, explained everything to us thoroughly and probably answered the same questions we had a ton of times. Although he had other clients, he truly made us feel like we were his #1 priority at all times. He drove from the San Fernando Valley to the South Bay during rush hour several times just to read over documents with us and answer our questions face to face. He went above and beyond our expectations. We were going up against 4 other potential buyers who not only offered more to put down, their offer was more than ours. Mark helped us write a letter to the current owners and they chose us over the other buyers mainly because of the letter. He videotaped our inspection b/c we could be there to make sure we didn't miss anything. He was caring, honest, patient, hardworking, responsive, accommodating and the most importantly...we KNEW he had our best interest at heart and we trusted him. He seriously made our first time home buying process easy for us. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to find us our perfect first home in the perfect location with the perfect view. I would definitely recommend Mark, you will not be disappointed. read more

If there is one word to describe Mark it is "AMAZING". This was my daughter's first time buying a home after saving for 10 years. Mark was always there to show her homes within her price range and research all her questions as she is very detail oriented. We were with her many times looking at homes and Mark always had a smile and would make appointments when we were available as we live an hour and a half away. We have purchased 3 homes and he far exceeded our expectations. The seller wanted a quick 25 day escrow and Mark worked with the loan officer to make sure she had everything she needed to expedite the sale per the seller request. I can honestly say I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants someone who is so committed to making sure the client is well informed and has all the needed information to make an educated decision. We cannot thank Mark enough for helping our daughter get her first home!! read more
