As a patient, I expect any doctor to be able to successfully perform the procedure we've scheduled within pre-established margins, so bedside manner is the greatest factor in my take-away from the experience. No matter if it's a short visit, a long visit, operation, care, etc, the interpersonal interaction will be what ends up determining the experience. So on the hunt for a a new dentist I found Dr. D'Alesio at Steel Valley Smiles. I had a friend at work that went to him and had a chip in her tooth fixed. This sold me before I even stepped into his office. The work was flawless. Dr. D'Alesio is extremely professional and thorough. The dental assistants and hygienists do an excellent job and I've never had to wait longer than five minutes past my appointment time. I've been able to get in an emergency appointment with ease. Equipment is new and you can tell the care is always being updated with the latest procedures. I've had some bonding and refinishing work of some teeth and it's just as flawless as my friends' work. My employer provides dental insurance, but I noticed at the office on my last visit that they offer an in-house care plan for those patients that do not carry dental.
