·…read more I also had a negative experience with Mario. He shoveled my short walkway, short pathway out my back door and removal of snow on my osmanthus bushes. He took his shovel and began stabbing my bushes. I immediately said I have a soft broom you can use because I do not want my branches broken. He said they're hardy and will not break. He also did not remove the snow at the base of the bushes. Lo and behold as the snow melted there were broken branches from top to bottom throughout the bushes. He charged me $175 for 25 minutes. Mario brought another man to shovel with him and he was more careful. Wish I had gotten his number for the future.
