Enjoy never being able to get refills on your monthly medication, well sign right up! My son has been seeing Dr. Soliz for over a year and every single month I have to email, call and basically harass the team there just to get his monthly refill. Due to that, he is constantly going without meds for a few days. When they finally do write the script they send it in incorrectly EVERY SINGLE TIME. His prescription is the same EVERY MONTH and yet, they refuse to follow the instructions provided for them in the refill request. His insurance requires the script to be name brand and after over a year of the same doctor, same medications, every month it is a struggle. I have been asking for the office managers information for the past few months and they refuse to give it to me. It is single handedly the most frustrating things to deal with each month. No one is accountable for the SHIT service. Absolute trash clinic, I cannot believe this place is in business. Working on finding a new PCP ASAP!

I've had so many positive moments with my primary care physician: Dr. Arleane Bullard is an awesome doctor! However, my special needs son has been a patient for over 15 years. My son GDA love Annalysa Nguyen, PA.!!! He have several things going on: diabetic, hypertension, thyroid and weight issues. She is the best nurse practitioner in this area: overall health and wellness is her passion. She fought for months with our insurance for medication not covered on insurance to get his diabeties under control. Although your health is her first priority; lets add knowledgeable, patience, understanding, and compassion all natural attributes that cannot be learned nor taught. Now personally, I've had so many positive moments with my primary care physician. However, I would like to comment on the visit(s) that tug on my heartstrings... My son, GDA, is special needs and he love his doctor(s). His visits request are for ANNAlYSA NGUYEN, PA, DURING HIS VISITS....Mrs. Anna's time is his time and NEVER rushed! She is very patient. She genuinely treats my son with respect and answers each and every question no matter how silly or off topic it will be. Annalysa listens carefully,then restate her response respectfully on his level. I also notice, when she's charting notes... Annalysa will stop and listen attentively, while GDA is speaking, then she responds in a gentle voice never breaking eye contact. They are friendly, excellent listeners & pros at their jobs. Wait times to see Rachel or any of the technical service providers are negligible. I have gotten in to see a PA THE SAME DAY that I called. That is very rare at a physician's office! I cannot recommend this fine clinic highly enough!!!

There were two people working and both were very friendly. The lady I had drawing my blood was very personable and asked about my plans for the remaining of the day. She even told me about her daughter getting ready to go back to school. She made sure to make sure I was comfortable before we got started and let me know when to expect the needle. I had to go next-door to the hospital not to mention when I first got there. It took about 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to even come to get my daughter checked in. They were very rude and very slow. I hope this place gets shut down.
