I was holding my breath when procedures we being performed, which was making me panic. After over a decade of dental service, Dr K was the first to notice this, and now that I make sure to breathe during procedures and routine maintanence, my dentist visits now are so low-stress that I don't dread them like I did prior. The staff there are also so friendly and treat me like an old friend, especially those that have been there for a very long time and worked for the previous office owner and my previous dentist, the retired Dr Kendall, who I liked but wasn't as patient and observant as Dr K. The dental hygenists who work for Dr K are also so friendly and attentive. I love having someone talk to me about pleasant things to distract me from the potentially uncomfortable or irritating things going on in my mouth at the time. They've also given me great advice that have helped me with my personal dental hygiene, like using an electric toothbrush and a water pick (sprays jet of water between teeth) to compensate for my difficulty/aversion to flossing. While they do emphasize that flossing would be best, its really nice to be presented with alternatives instead of being told that I must do one particular thing, as even a less effective solution is still better than nothing. If you really don't like going to the dentist, I highly recommend giving Dr K's team a try to see if they can change how you feel about dental care.

The first one was "a failure". Ok fine, it had to come out & a new one put in. It literally took months for everything to heal in between visits & what not. I was due for a follow-up in October of 2020, in the heat of Covid. Allegedly I missed this appointment. In December of 2020 I, along with my family, contracted Covid. I was hospitalized & on oxygen. Christmas Eve, 2020, my mother passed from Covid. My father was hospitalized for 3 months, then released in my care due to dementia. Allegedly I missed another appointment in January of 2021 while I was healing & grieving the death of my mother. Fast forward to today, the implant is giving me issues. It's tender, sore & I was told by my dentist that there's some bone loss. I call Dr. Sindoni's office to get back in there to see what's going on & I'm informed by STEPHANIE, that I'm a "non-compliant" patient for allegedly no-showing at my previous appointments. I explained to her what happened & where my life, head & heart were at the time & she didn't care! All she kept saying was that I was non-compliant. She's rude, bitchy & knows there will be zero repercussion as the doctor is her husband. There is no more $$$ to be made on me. They already robbed me and now won't follow through on THEIR workmanship. Amazing experience! I went in for all four wisdom teeth extraction this morning. I was very nervous…read moreand scared as I am very sensitive to everything and have high anxiety about everything, I also did not have a good experience with laughing gas years ago with another dentist. Therefore I was very hesitant and scared to receive iv sedation. The team started by getting my vitals then Dr.Nigalye inserted my IV and started the fluids and sedatives, after that all I remember was waking up with gauze. They helped me get my sweater on and walked me to my car. I am only about 4 hours post op and my sedation has completely worn off with no side effects, local anesthesia is still there. Amazing experience so far, we will see how the healing process goes:) thank you to Dr. Nigalye and your team, thank you for the lake effect frozen hot chocolate ice cream as well, I ate it all in 20 minutes!

I have great teeth so I've never needed any more significant intervention, but my husband has needed several extra things done. He is a VERY nervous dental patient and this is one of the few dentists he's ever been to where he is finally a bit more calm and relaxed. A+
