When reached out to J Chester & Associates I explained to the firm manager, David Perez, exactly what I was looking for in an accountant. He was happy to take my money, have me fill out a form, then pass me along to others within the firm. I repeatedly requested a phone call with an accountant and was ignored completely. Next thing I know my taxes were filed, without ever speaking to me directly about any deductions I may be entitled to, my small business or any other personal information that may be pertinent.
