The two dentists are excellent, thorough, and personable. We've seen several different hygienists at our various appointments and have no complaints. Today a new hygienist, Brian, keeps that streak running. There have been some administrative billing issues, but we think that's been worked out for us.

They start by taking your blood pressure, and checking X-rays and gum health. She is so thorough with her explanations and shows you the images too. She noticed things that my previous dentists overlooked, and found the root cause to my jaw clenching and grinding. She truly cares about her patience's health and well being. I am a highly anxious person, hence the grinding/clenching, and dentist appts always brought me more anxiety. She ALWAYS ask what she can do to make the experience better. She provides me with a blanket, and a mango stress ball. She also offers clients the Tv remote, sunnies, pillows, etc. I am always treated with care. On top of that, the office has an office doggo!! It is small and so so cute! The dental hygienist are kind too and try their best to create rapport with the clients. The appt usually takes an hour and since they're with you, it creates a safe space. You can park in the front or in the bottom level of the nearby garage.

Tooth had already had a root canal, not amenable to re-treatment, so I opted for an implant. These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! All the staff are extremely kind and they walk you through all procedures so that you understand what's going on. I've had regular cleanings, fillings, night guard made, and a retainer brace repaired all so quickly and efficiently here. Dr. Metzdorf also has amazing bedside manner! Great overall but I have one complaint…read more The hygienists verbalize the fluoride treatment as a statement more than a question when they are actually likely trying to get consent for providing the service. My past two dental insurances only cover this service for children 16 and under and is not covered for adults. The hygienist said it was covered and I ended up having to pay OOP. Two hygienists have verbalized it in this way. It's likely a 2 minute procedure that lets them make $40-50 hence why they do this. It's not a good business practice to not clearly and fully inform the patient. Parking is good, dentist is good. Equipment seems very updated and has the TV screen that you can watch from the chair. They seem to be taking COVID very seriously with precautions. Automated text appointment reminders are a plus. Their website for filling out forms and consistency/clarity of instructions is lacking. Also their tablets for filling out the information is not the most responsive.

If I could leave her 5 stars I would. Unfortunately the great experience stopped there. Post root canal I sought treament from Dr. Sbeih for clenching/grinding to prevent more cracked teeth. He gave me a custom built night guard. After 3 months I came back complaining that the nightguard was making things worse, changing my bite and making my teeth clench worse. Dr. Sbeih told me I am too young for botox (24yo) and that is the only treatment option, other than going back to my retainer (which I wore when I cracked the tooth)! He felt my masseter muscles and laughed and said it was crazy how large they are and how much I'm clenching. Called the nurse over to feel them too. This experience was so upsetting, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing. I practically begged him for some kind of treatment or relief and was laughed at and sent away. Trust me, I argued multiple times that if I go back to my retainer I'd crack another tooth. After this I cancelled all future appointments and was asked why via text, I replied to let them know how I felt... and never even got a response. This was 6 months ago, but I wanted to post my review now because the damage has been lasting and tremendous. I'm now seeing 3 different specialists for TMJ disorder and paying thousands trying to reverse months worth of damage that Dr. Sbeih has caused me. My quality of life is not the same.
