(Hands of lies would honestly be a more fitting name... still have not received a refund)…read moreIn case there is more than one therapist, this is regarding Elle. I booked an appointment three weeks in advance, only to have the experience become unnecessarily difficult from the start: * She immediately told me how overbooked she was and was complaining like I was bothering her and that she didn't have availability for three weeks -- so I booked the only slot she offered three weeks out. * Required full payment upfront via Venmo on the day of booking. * Eight hours before our scheduled appointment, she texted saying she had lost her keys in her camping gear and couldn't make it. * Every reschedule option she offered conflicted with my schedule as a visiting RVer. * After I requested a refund, I was completely ignored for 24+ hours. * Only after I mentioned I would post reviews with screenshots did she finally respond. * She then claimed the Venmo refund would take 7-10 business days (which is not how Venmo works). * When I asked for clarification on the delay, I was ignored again. Ultimately, this feels like Divine misalignment. I would never want someone who seems comfortable holding onto my money (and making the process this difficult) putting their "hands of lies" on me. Not worth the stress.

Since then, several days later, my hair has still maintained the style she gave me, which means to me; a great cut. I've had several people ask me where I got it cut, a best friend even said I look 10 years younger!! Thank you Paige!!

I pulled up Google, and Tina's Nails was one of the first places to pop up. Despite the short notice and not initially mentioning that the purpose was for my wedding, Tina was incredibly sweet and scheduled me within my time window. Upon arrival, Tina was very sweet and worked with me on what I was hoping for with my nails. When I mentioned my wedding, she took great care to make sure my nails would look amazing and paid attention to the extra details to make sure the nails lasted for a while, as my reception would be later in the week. Her hard work paid off, as my nails still look fantastic over a week later and were looking amazing for both the ceremony and reception. Her shop is so nice, and creates a relaxed atmosphere.
