At the time of my visit it was raining really hard, so I called the establishment from my car. The owners speak and understand English and took my order quickly and efficiently. The steak tacos have the softest flour tortillas, my lips have ever come into contact with. I mean they are billowy soft and do not harden when cooled. The steak quesadilla was droolingly delicious. My mouth waters just thinking about my next visit. It's cut differently and it's texture is slightly chewier than it's competitors, but it contains the optimal amount of cheese and meat. When paired with the red and green sauce, it's pure bliss. The red sauce is unlike any Mexican sauce I've ever tasted and is definitely homemade. It has a tomato base almost like a creamy pasta sauce that has notes of butter and cream. The green sauce has kick but not too much heat. Overall this food truck packs excellent customer service paired with delicious and affordable offerings.
