This place has change so much but not for good. Their menus don't have prices so be carful because they can charge whatever they want. Their food has come down in taste and quality. I order a fish fillet altamirano and it was super greasy, (you can see the picture I left in the review.) my rice was soaked in grease as well as my salad. Their beans use to be the best and it tasted like raw pork lard. My shrimp cocktail was not even served. I ask for my check and the waitress said : oh your cocktail is just ready. I didn't want to argue so I just told her to put it in a container to go and call her attention on my grease plate. My rice tasted old and was hard. I ate my fish just because I was hungry but did not enjoy it much. my wife's plate ( Carne Asada was ok, that why I gave 2 stars but I will not be coming back. Their Campechana mixed was perfect it tasted fresh and tasted well balanced in over all flavor. My first limon margarita was prefect. Tasted like they only used natural ingredients. OH MY GOODNESS. Since we moved to Menifee 2 years ago I had given up on good Mexican food. This place was just recommended and we went that same day. I am soooo thankful to that woman! The seating is great and it's a comfortable atmosphere for children too. We have 4 and had plenty of room. Our server, Mario, was extremely patient with us ordering our drinks and food. He helped me decide what to get because I'd never really ordered seafood before Every single bite blew my mind. I ordered the Botana Mixta Caliente my husband had the Talapia and Ceviche. He was so impressed. They even have Mac and cheese, cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets so the kids were happy too. The chips, bean dip and salsa was delicious. Tried this spot on a Friday evening- the drinks were really good but i will say they had a live band and it was uncomfortably loud. It was a group of 6 of us and we couldn't talk to each other or even communicate with the server. She couldn't hear us and we can barely make out what she was saying as she also had a mask on. So if you want to just stare at the people in your party and listen to loud music and not be able to talk to anyone- this would be a good place to go. Once the band stopped playing we were able to have a conversation for the last 15 mins or so of our dinner. The food was good. Wasn't a fan of the salsa - it tasted bad, the raw oysters were good and I had molcajete which was really good. So it was good but the music was way too loud. It was packed so I guess people enjoy it so maybe it just wasn't my cup of tea. read more

Worst experience ever today at this place. No stars are deserved. 3 in my party. It took forever to even place our order. 3 times I asked for chips/salsa. The other 2 people in my party got their food all at very different times. I asked about my plate 3 times and all times she said it's coming. Service wise they tend to take a little longer which could be expected due to how crowded they do get but they should at least check up on their tables every now and then even if they don't have our food. Love their atmosphere vibe but it does get really loud so if you want a much more place that you don't hear so much of the loud music just ask to be seated in the back.
