The seafood boil is done Cajun style with a mind boggling amount of garlic and is truly outstanding. Everything is cooked just right and amazing flavor. I liked the sauce so much I took the rest home. The grilled squid had good flavor but was a tad overcooked. My advice is to let them know how you like it done beforehand (vừa chín tới). They also mentioned that if anything is not done to your liking, let them know and they would gladly redo it. They have a nice selection of beers including several IPAs. I very much enjoyed the orange IPA. What other Viet restaurants have IPAs on tap? The setting is nice and parking is plentiful. The second time we came back, in addition to the seafood boil, we ordered the quail with sticky rice appetizer which came with a delicious sauce (highly recommended) and the mango squid salad (delicious). We will be back.

It's a casual, family-friendly spot with a fun seafood-themed atmosphere, and the service was friendly and welcoming. We tried the Cali Truffle Roll, Lobster Grilled Cheese, Lobster Bisque, Clam Chowder, fries, tots, mac and cheese, and the strawberry lemonade. The amount of lobster in everything really impressed us. They definitely don't skimp, and every lobster dish felt generous and satisfying. The Cali Truffle Roll was probably the freshest bite of the meal. I loved that the lobster was served chilled with avocado, cucumber, carrots, red onion, celery and greens. It was cold, crisp and refreshing while still feeling indulgent from the truffle oil and herb mayo. The Lobster Grilled Cheese was another favorite, especially dipped into the soups. We ended up dipping absolutely everything into both the lobster bisque and clam chowder, including the fries and tots. Everything paired so well together that it became part of the experience. There's a good variety on the menu for the whole family, along with deals and specials that make it an easy casual lunch or dinner option. Great portions, plenty of lobster and a meal we would happily return for.

To start I didn't have many expectations, as most lobster or crab rolls don't give you a lot of meat inside. So I thought I would go with added flavors and picked the Connecticut Style Lobster Roll. I enjoyed the green onions and mayo over an overly buttery-styled roll. The bread was nice and fluffy with good flavor. The lobster had a nice sweet and rich flavor. So overall I enjoyed it. We also chose some calamari fries, Mac and cheese and a lobster quesadilla. The quesadilla was good and had a good amount of lobster as well. I may get that the next time. The calamari fries were like getting mozzarella sticks but with calamari inside. You don't get a basket full, but they were tasty. Overall everything was pretty good and I would say the staff was great. Very helpful and polite. Although we didn't eat our order there, it was quiet inside and had pretty neat decor. I liked the 90's music poster vibe, with the ocean theme. Overall, I would go back, but please keep in mind, this isn't like a fast food place and the ingredients are going to be more expensive, for the amount you get. So if you're hungry, order some sides. I'll be back to try some of their lobster bisque next.

This review I assume is the OG on Garden Grove -- parking could be tough during the weekend. OC & La, is a Vietnamese seafood spot for sharing a bunch of dishes. I found out that "OC" means snails! I thought it was Orange County! Hahaha. We tried - razor clams, scallops (HUGE), the selection of salads are amazing so we got the spicy mango - House Special Mango Salad with squid & escargot -- is spicy , tangy, refreshing, and the refreshing taste! My favorite dish was the HUGE fried fish...color is amazing and the way the fish was presented seal the deal for me. Between two people, we devoured the entire fish !! It's the kind of place where you order "just a few things" and suddenly the entire table is covered in food. But, I'm not complaining since the team is very quick in getting the used plates off our tables. Also, both places offered FREE dessert. It's like a coconut based taro and other root sweet dish.

Everything was really good. One downside was that it was a little difficult to tell what the dishes were since so much is in Vietnamese, and the staff did not speak English very well. Apparently they cater primarily to a Vietnamese clientele, though that could indicate that the food is authentic. Also, we believe the seafood dish was named Lobster Noodles (again, hard to be sure), but it was a combination of lobster and crab. We also noticed that, as some other reviewers have mentioned, some of the lobster and crab shells didn't have much meat in them. However, there was enough in the overall dish for us to be satisfied. A good place to try if you speak Vietnamese or just want an adventure!

The food was just okay, nothing special, especially for the price. We were charged over $50 for a fried fish with fish sauce, which felt very overpriced. The canh chua soup also had barely any vegetables. After dinner, I felt nauseous, and the food seemed extremely heavy on MSG. Overall, the food, service, and prices were disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This is for order to go only (Ghost kitchen they call it). They haven been here for 7yrs and they're running a special that free coffee or tea with each other. The menu is small and only 4 dishes with Cajun seafood. You can order call ahead or order in person. Easy ordered with nice & friendly person (I think she's the owner). Took 15mins waiting for the foods. They are all well packed. The quality is fine & good. Big portion and well mixed with veggies and meats. For the prices, cheap and affordable and overall, not bad at all. Will come back to try the Cajun seafood soon.

I really wanted to love Grab N Go, but unfortunately the overall experience was pretty…read moredisappointing. This is a ghost kitchen concept and, from what we could tell, the owner seems to be running everything on his own. I definitely sympathize with that and understand how difficult it must be to handle the cooking, orders, phones, and pickups as a one-man operation. That being said, the expectations around wait times really need to be more realistic. We placed an order for several food items and were told it would take about 30-45 minutes. We decided to go grocery shopping in the meantime and ended up coming back about 2 hours later--and our food still wasn't ready. Ended up not getting this until another hour of waiting later. I completely understand being backed up, but I would much rather be given an honest 2+ hour estimate upfront so we could plan accordingly as we had other things scheduled for our day. Pickup was also frustrating. You have to ring the doorbell to get someone's attention, and you may be waiting quite a while before anyone answers. Calling in an order also seems to be hit or miss (half of the time no answer), which makes the whole process difficult, especially for a business that seems to rely heavily on takeout and catering orders. As for the food itself, it was decent and we enjoyed it, but nothing really blew us away. Unfortunately, the extremely long wait and difficulty communicating overshadowed the food for us. I think there's definitely potential here, and I genuinely hope they're able to get some additional help because it seems like one person is simply trying to do too much. With better communication and more accurate wait times, the experience could be completely different. For now, though, 2/5 based on our experience.
