We have passed this restaurant many times and always promised we would stop. It is a locals eatery and sits by the bahia next to a dozen fisherman's shacks. It should provide, at the very least, fresh seafood.
You bet!
The menu is in Spanish, the staff speak no English, and most of the patrons are Mexicans. It is clean, very much nicer inside than the exterior would suggest, and it is a comfortable, windowless, thatched roof building which has been a restaurant, I am told, for a quarter of a century at least..
The beer is cold. The meals were brilliant. Shrimp, sauteed fish, salad........Man, this is a good spot.
The bill was very low.
My recommendation is to take your Spanish/English phone app, don't worry about the lack of exterior street appeal, go inside and eat. It is so very well worthwhile. read more
